The Recruitment Agency Expo 2025 took place at ExCeL London for two days from the 17th – 18th of March. This year’s edition came at a perfect time for the industry, which has already seen significant changes in 2025.
With the new budget, and advancements in AI and technology, recruiters have seen fewer jobs on the market. According to Employer News, 2025 has brought a dramatic shift in dynamics between the supply of talent and demand for jobs. While 39% of recruiters have reported an increase in candidates, 56% have observed a slowdown in hiring.
The Recruitment Agency Expo is held at the ideal time of year. The early placement allows recruiters to discuss trends and industry changes, with plenty of time to develop strategies for the upcoming business landscape.
The Importance of Exhibiting
As the job market becomes more competitive, many companies lean more on recruitment companies and tech to navigate and narrow candidates. Exhibiting at this show allows companies to stand front and centre in the industry, gaining high-impact visibility and face-to-face connections with decision-makers.
We had two exhibitors at this year’s event. In this article, we will delve into exhibition stand design for recruitment agencies, as well as the importance of having a presence at the show.
Tracker RMS
Tracker RMS is an integrated applicant tracking system and customer relationship management platform, designed for recruitment and staffing firms to help build better relationships, streamline workflows, and improve return on investment.
At this year’s Recruitment Agency Expo, the company showcased a visually compelling exhibition stand that combined captivating imagery, statistics, and informative infographics. This was the second consecutive year they utilised our Free-Hire Pro Plan for the event!
The stand has a dynamic design with walkways, which is great for separating information and prevents displays from looking “flat”. Additionally, a counter served as an effective reception point, and a meeting area helped with lead conversions.
By attending this show, the Tracker RMS team were able to stay ahead of the curve and place themselves front and centre in the minds of budget holders.
The show was great. Everyone loved the stand and the whole process was very seamless!

LogicMelon
LogicMelon exhibited with us for the first time at The Recruitment Agency Expo 2025! The company offers cloud recruitment software that reduces the cost and time to hire for both recruitment agencies and in-house recruiters.
As this was LogicMelons’ first exhibition with us, they had a brand new design. The team loved our initial design renders and changed very little between our first concept and their final stand.

This design features a playful watermelon theme, complete with a watermelon photo-floor! This fun colour theme, as well as high-level branding for visibility, ensured a memorable display. In the sea of blue and black stands that you often find at recruitment expos, the vibrancy of LogicMelon and TrackerRMS makes them instantly recognisable and appealing to visitors, and a first-stop shop at the show.

In Summary
To wrap up this article, the Recruitment Agency Expo 2025 took place at the perfect time for the industry and offered a great blend of insights, cutting-edge technology and networking opportunities.
As the job market gets trickier, recruitment agencies are stepping up their game with innovative AI tools and impressive exhibition stands that keep budget holders engaged.
