With us, your stands are custom-designed for your brand, but unlike other bespoke designs, your stand will be reusable.
Reusable in a differently-sized space, at another venue, or at a completely different event.
Your new exhibition stand is a long-term investment, not a one-off purchase. By reusing your stand structure and graphics, you’ll maintain a consistent brand image across all your events while significantly reducing your costs.
We provide design visuals and quotations that demonstrate the savings you achieve over a series of events. We call this our Reducing Cost Model – a much smarter way to exhibit than conventional ‘one-off’ exhibits.
We’re a full-service contractor, we manage your entire project. From initial design, through project management, graphics, production and manufacturing, through to on-site installation – we’ve got everything covered.
And before your stand leaves our premises, it’s 100% pre-built, to ensure everything is perfect.

When you work with us, all 3D CAD exhibition stand design is free.
Our CAD designers are experts at reconfiguring (re-designing) your stand structure and graphics.
Your first exhibition stand with us is your primary investment. After that first event we carefully store your graphics and stand (free) until your next show, and archive your CAD and graphic design.
When your next event arrives, our exhibition designers retrieve your designs from the archive, and reconfigure your design to fit the new space; working with your approval until we achieve the desired new design.

Free Hire Pro Plan
Most of our exhibitors don’t want to own exhibition stand hardware, that they have to finance, store, transport and manage.
The Free Hire Pro Plan provides the structural framework of your exhibition stand on a free hire basis (zero cost to you).
You pay normal competitive prices for your exhibition graphics, project management, installation and dismantle.
Free Hire Pro can be used again and again for your future exhibition stands, with our CAD designers reconfiguring your stand and graphics to fit new stand-space.

Transparent Pricing
When we work with you on your first project with us, we provide you with detailed and mathematically perfect CAD designs and colour visualisations, that show you a ‘recommended’ graphic design.
Along with these designs, we will provide costs, not only for your first project with us, but for any other future events in your exhibiting calendar.
In most cases this pricing scenario demonstrates sharply reduced costs for you 2nd, 3rd and future shows.
However this may not apply if your future stands are much bigger in size or in far-flung locations!
