How does Hire to Self-build work?

We supply all the stand hardware (the invisible supporting structure) on a free hire basis – you pay nothing the first time you exhibit with us. After this you pay a hire fee.

You pay for your graphic panels (which you then own) but between shows we store them for you without charge.

The plan includes a training day at our Poole HQ. And, all stands are designed and built using our exclusive Prestige Events System; it’s quick, clean, safe and easy to build.

Free Design Proposals

The next step is to ask for a free design proposal and quotation.

Our CAD and graphic designers create a personalised design presentation, consisting of colour visuals and video representations of your new hire exhibition stand.

The design proposal will include your branding, images and messaging, with our designers drawing inspiration from your website and brief.

  • Expect your proposal in 3-7 working days.
  • If you have a series of events, we will show you designs for each show.
  • Our designers can amend your designs to suit your desired changes, until we get your perfect design.
  • A comprehensive quotation will accompany your design proposal.
