The Project Roadmap

Design Consultants
At this point in the process, your project is with our Design Consultants, and they will continue to work with you until they have met your brief.
Project Management
Once you are completely happy with your exhibition stand design, your project is handed over to your dedicated Project Manager.
The first thing our Project Managers do is meet with your design consultant and add your project to the planning board.
Internally, Project Managers supervise every process that leads to your final exhibition stand. From the CAD designs, printing and production to pre-build, logistics and installation, the project managers ensure your exhibition stand is flawless.
Along with our internal processes, the Project Managers liaise with show organisers and submit documentation for the stand installation and breakdown, making your project entirely stress-free.
CAD Designers
Our CAD Designers work with the Design Consultants and Project Managers to ensure the design is perfect.
Additionally, they create realistic renders that help you visualise how the stand will look at the exhibition and technical plans, to be submitted to the show organisers.
As well as designing new stands, our CAD team also reconfigures existing stands into new spaces and configurations.
Printing and Finishing
As part of our promise never to subcontract, we print, cut and finish your exhibition stand panels and photo floors in-house!
We have multiple premium-quality, large-format printers, so we have time to perfect each project. It’s important to us to have many machines, so in the rare case of machine failure, we have the redundancy to continue delivering each project in good time.
Pre-Build
Pre-build is our ultimate quality check. We pre-build every stand in full, ahead of every event and would never risk missing it.
We invite every client to visit their stand on its build day to check they are completely happy. During the build, our project managers also check each element of the stand is flawless.
When clients cannot attend, we send high-quality footage and resources, alongside video calls, to ensure they receive the benefits of the pre-build checks!
Marketing
Finally, we have our marketing team, who help further your return on investment, and the impact of your exhibition presence.
Within our marketing department, we have an entire team, dedicated to your promoting your event appearance. We do this by creating a bespoke Yourstand.at website.
