This past November, the Quadrant2Design team returned to the Land, Leisure and Tourism Show, one of the UK’s biggest trade show for family attractions, leisure venues and entertainment-focused businesses. The show has always been a key date in our calendar, but this year felt particularly energised, with more exhibitors, more innovation, and a noticeable shift toward higher-impact exhibition stands that truly command attention on the show floor.
Why Exhibit at the Land, Leisure and Tourism Show
As we specialise in modular exhibition stands, we attended to not only support our clients, but also to stay connected with an industry that is both hugely competitive and full of extraordinary opportunity. The family attractions and entertainment sector is a multibillion-pound industry, and for many businesses, securing even a single deal at a show like this can transform their company’s future.
This year’s Land, Leisure and Tourism Show exhibitor list reflected the wide spectrum of businesses within the sector. From product-based companies bringing physical products to the show like one of our newest clients Elite Skills Arena, who showcased their precision-engineered sports and entertainment technology, to companies powering the operational backbone of the industry, such as our longer-standing Quadrant2Design clients ICRTouch and Booked.it, whose logistical software solutions keep venues and attractions running smoothly.
What united these clients, despite operating in very different parts of the industry, was a shared confidence in the value of face-to-face exhibiting. Many spoke to us about the leads generated and the solid return on investment they achieved at this year’s show.
We have made some good contacts already…this is where we want to go with the product, to put it into the entertainment market.
Sam Roots, Elite Skills ArenaWe always have a good time here, we always do really well, get a lot of leads and business from it.
James Winton, Booked.itIt’s feedback like this that makes the Land, Leisure and Tourism Show such a compelling platform, especially for businesses unsure about committing to a stand. The is no doubt that the event is growing. Having attended last year and again this year, we saw a clear uptick not only in exhibitors but also in the ambition behind the stands themselves. More companies are now investing in strong, visually bold exhibition stands designed to stand out among the simpler shell-scheme setups.
Choosing Reusable and Modular Exhibition Stands
This is exactly where modular, reusable exhibition stands, like those we design and manufacture, play a crucial role. Many of our clients exhibit not just at this show, but across the UK, Europe and even in the US. Attending major global trade show events such as the tourism and entertainment exhibition, IAAPA.
The ability to reconfigure and reuse stand components, while still delivering a custom-designed look, offers a huge strategic advantage. It keeps costs down, maximises brand consistency, and allows teams to adapt their stand layout to different floor space sizes and audience needs without starting from scratch.
Self-Building Your Stand
For self-building clients, this flexibility is also incredibly practical as every Quadrant2Design stand, whether bought or hired, comes with complimentary stand-build training at our Poole HQ. These sessions are fully filmed, giving clients a personalised video guide they can revisit before every event. We want every client we work with to feel fully capable of building their own stand anywhere in the world, with or without our assistance.

The training was great, really efficient. It was really easy because the product is really good that you get from Quadrant.
James WintonThe video was good…it was nice to have a little reference point to zoom along and say, "Okay, this is the bit." just to give some reassurance.
Sam RootsIt was great to see our clients showcasing their products and services on their self-built stands that were not only eye-catching but visualised the branding and messaging they wanted to express at the show.
Final Thoughts
As the Land, Leisure and Tourism Show continues to expand, we’re excited to keep supporting businesses across this fast-moving industry with exhibition solutions that help them stand out, connect with buyers, and grow year after year.
