Vault X Returns to The London Card Show!

Back in June, we followed the Vault X stand and team through from the initial design to the London Card Show 2024. The team have recently returned to the Summer edition of the show with their newly launched products!

Vault X is a Poole-based company that specialises in high-quality trading card accessories. The accessories protect and display the valuable trading cards, keeping them in immaculate condition for the collector.

The innovative company was founded in 2017 and recently began its exhibiting journey with Quadrant2Design. The team has plans to exhibit throughout Europe and America and we are so excited to follow along.

London Card Show – May 2024

The first exhibition Vault X attended with their stand was the London Card Show 2024, which took place on the 11th of May at Sandown Racecourse.

This show is Europe’s largest card event, so it was fantastic for Vault X’s exhibiting debut! London Card Show is renowned for popular card collections such as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Sports, Formula 1, UFC, Disney, and Marvel cards, and attracts great visitor numbers.

The Exhibition Stand Design

Quadrant2Design collaborated with Vault X to design its impressive stand with brand awareness and pack battles in mind!

Visitors waiting in line and those outside the booth could see Vault X’s products thanks to the double-sided showcases. Moreover, space was integrated into the graphics to allow players to display their Polaroids after visiting, enhancing memorability. Finally, Vault X included a standout feature on the stand, a unique binder shaped like Vault X’s star product, which provided a great photo backdrop for guests.

Vault X has just returned to the London Card Show for its Summer edition with its brand-new launch, the Exo-Tec Zip Binder!

The team had a fantastic time meeting with their customers, seeing their collections and generating brand awareness.

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
