Here at Quadrant2Design, we have been servicing the exhibition industry with beautiful stands for over 25 years. Throughout this time, we have developed our system and plans to make reusable exhibiting accessible and convenient for businesses of all shapes and sizes. In this guide, we guide you through each of our plans and their benefits!

Before we dive into the nitty-gritty of our plans, we wanted to introduce you to our company.

While our solution is premium, our service plans cater to a range of exhibitors. Whether you prefer us to manage everything, want total control yourself, or seek the perfect middle ground, we have a plan designed to fit your requirements and budget.

Clients are never locked into one plan, and can mix and match as they please to suit their evolving requirements.

Free-Hire Pro is the plan of choice among over 80% of our exhibitors, and it’s no surprise why!

With Free-Hire Pro, clients invest in graphic panels, which they then own, and hire the hardware free of charge from our library of stock. This allows freedom to reconfigure without being constrained by infrastructure costs.

The panels are reusable and can be used time and time again. Clients have full ownership of these bespoke panels, and we store them for free between shows.

The Free-Hire Pro service plan is not limited to the hire element. It is a full-service plan from our trustworthy in-house team that creates a stress-free experience for the exhibitor. Exhibitors can enjoy expert project management, logistics handling, a full pre-build, installation and dismantling.

The full service provided for Free-Hire Pro clients is brilliant, but some prefer to have full control over their exhibition stand build. For these clients, we recommend Buy-to-Self-Build or Hire-to-Self-Build!

Our purchase plan offers companies the freedom to exhibit whenever and wherever they want. The plan is most suitable for companies that exhibit frequently in a wide variety of locations. Customers purchase both graphics and the exhibition stand hardware, which is packed into compact, easy-to-transport, lightweight cases.

All customers on our Buy-to-Self-Build plan receive thorough training at our premises in Poole, access to our library of training videos, and long-term support. Not to mention, if our clients are exhibiting with a particularly large or complex stand build, we can offer assisted installations.

With Buy-to-Self-Build, customers are still eligible for our Lifetime Free Design service, meaning the support to reconfigure the stand is available long after the purchase. These designs are completely free of charge.

This plan is ideal for practical exhibitors, who can follow instructions well and want full control over the exhibition stand design and build.

This plan keeps costs low, as you will handle your installations and dismantling. It also offers great flexibility to exhibit when and where you want.
