Halved Production Times and Increased Capacity

Capacity has been steadily increasing, so it was time to invest in an additional EFI Pro 16h for our famous photo-floors. Our new purchase enables us to half our production times in this busy period and increase volume. This means that if there ever is a mechanical issue, which is a rare occurrence, production can continue as normal!

The exhibition industry has short turnaround times, strict deadlines and peaks in demand, and it’s paramount that we never miss a deadline. This fallback is one of the many ways we eliminate risk, and guarantee every stand gets to the exhibition on time.

Additional systems like our full pre-build guarantee, also contribute to our reputation as a trusted exhibition stand designer.

The Printer

EFI Pro 16h Flatbed/Roll-fed UV-LED Printer for trusted exhibition stand designer, Quadrant2Design.

Our new printer is the EFI Pro 16h UV-LED hybrid printer from CMYUK.

We have owned one EFI Pro 16h for a considerable amount of time. Prints are accurate, consistent, and of the highest quality allowing us to produce fantastic photo-floors!

In-House Procedures

Quadrant2Design believes in handling every service in-house, instead of subcontracting, which cannot guarantee proper service handling. Our services include design, printing, finishing, installation and dismantling, Project Management, and logistics.

The new Pro 16h helps us maintain these in-house services, giving us a level of redundancy as a safety bracket.

Photo-Floors

We’ve brought this new printer exclusively for our photo-floors, so what’s all the hype about?

Photo-floors replace the tired, drab carpets that you find in most exhibition halls, instead extending gorgeous graphics across your floor space! This high-impact feature defines and transforms your stand space, attracts eyes and draws visitors to your stand. They can be renewed each year to refresh your stand graphics, display QR codes, branding and images, and create a stunning visual display.

Photo-floors are an exclusive Quadrant2Design feature. They were among our most popular features this year, alongside our backlit rotating header!

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.
