Today in pre-build we have the Gemporia Craft stand! As Gemporia Craft could not visit their pre-build on this occasion, we followed Senior Project Manager, Katalin Juhasz-Nagy, as she video-called our client to check the stand for quality!
Who is Gemporia Craft?
Gemporia Craft has a wide range of partner brands, such as Hobby Maker, Sewing Street, and Visible Image, all dedicated to various crafts! They offer live TV shows and websites filled with materials, tools, and tips, ensuring that you have everything you need for your chosen craft, whether it’s paper crafts, jewellery making, sewing, or knitting. Gemporia Craft has got you covered!
Gemporia Craft is attending The Festival of Quilts at the NEC Birmingham, from the 1st until the 4th of August, with their brand Sewing Street!
When Clients Cannot Attend Pre-Build
We invite every client to their pre-build to check they are happy with the stand ahead of event day. Whether clients can attend their pre-build or not, we always build every stand in full ahead of every event! It’s our ultimate quality measure and we would never risk missing it.
When clients cannot attend, our lovely Project Managers set up a date for a video call so that clients can view the stand virtually and see all the special features. We always make sure our clients have quality footage, images and resources to confirm they are 100% happy with the stand and the features.
These pre-build checks are crucial as they allow clients to check they are completely happy with the stand. If there are any final amendments, we still have enough time to sort them before the show!
To Sum Up
Pre-build is our most significant quality check! We invite all our clients, but if they cannot attend, we go the extra mile to make sure they feel fully included in their stand project and design.
We would like to wish Gemporia Craft good luck at The Festival of Quilts. They arrived today with their gorgeous stand and have three days left on their exhibition.
