Quadrant2Design are delighted to be once again designing and building several stands for The Vaper Expo UK. This exhibition is the largest and most important vaping event in Europe and takes place from May 27th-29th 2022 at the NEC, Birmingham. It is considered the go-to event for UK, European and International manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of vaping products.
Who attends?
In its 10th year, the show features over 300 exhibitors and attracts more than 20,000 visitors over the 3 days. Exhibitors travel from as far as China and the US to attend the show which also attracts an international audience.
The show brings together all the main players in the industry from across the globe. Big players such as Zeus Juice, Juice Sauza, Just Juice and Nova Juice will all have stands at the show. It is used as the arena to launch new products and innovations onto the market, with many new products available to buy.
What’s On
Friday 27th May is the B2B day, when trade visitors only are welcomed to the show to source vaping products to distribute or sell. The Saturday and Sunday are both open to consumers wanting to check out all the latest vaping products for themselves.
The consumer days are jam packed full of vape related fun and entertainment. There will be competitions, including stand of the show, and give-aways on the main stage throughout the show. The Vaper Expo will also feature DJ’s to provide a party atmosphere, live acts, and the popular vape tricks plus much more. There will be vape Q&A sessions in the break-out rooms that all visitors can attend. Thousands of new and innovative products will be on show with many brand-new product launches taking place.
Prices start at £15 for one day and £25 for two days. Tickets on the door are £20. Pre-show entertainment starts at 8am, doors open at 10am until 6pm on Friday and Saturday and 4pm on Sunday.
The NEC is located in Birmingham, close to Birmingham Airport, the M42 and M40. Birmingham International train station is located within the complex. There are a number of hotels within the complex including the Genting Resort, a Premier Inn, Novotel and Crowne Plaza.

We are proud to be designing and building stands for … They will be located at … We have built several stands for past Vaper Expos as you can see by the photos. They chose Quadrant2Design because we make unique custom modular stands which give you the look of a custom-built stand with the benefits of a modular stand. Therefore they can be easily assembled and dismantled without the need for specialist tools or equipment. They pack away in small cases and can be transported in an estate car or small van. Then because they are modular they can be reconfigured and reused at the next show, making them a sustainable solution.
