Maggie's Show Visits

The Bed Show, organised by the National Bed Federation is the UK’s biggest and best bed exhibition. Every September the bed industry gathers in Telford for this vibrant event that connects suppliers, manufacturers and retailers.

The Bed Show gives visitors the best opportunity to test a range of beds and mattresses in person! Maggie and Shainna were tasked with experiencing the Bed Show in full, including testing the latest beds and mattresses. The Quadrant2Design team never shy away from a challenge and they took their testing responsibilities VERY seriously – donning matching pyjamas at the show!

Quadrant2Design’s immersive exhibition stands are unique in their ability to put products into context. At the Bed Show our custom designed yet reusable exhibition stands seamlessly placed the beds in both showroom and home environments. No matter how comfy the beds were there was no chance of a snooze on the Relyon Beds stand, it was busy all day! Our stands are designed to turn heads and invite the meaningful conversations that fill order books.

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Very quick and professional turnaround as we were on a tight schedule to get everything sorted for CNE 2026
- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve
- Quick and efficient at build and break days – stand was ready to go and was dismantled when we arrived with friendly, knowledgeable staff at both the handovers
- Everything and everyone were kept in the loop e.g. between Quadrant/event organisers/furniture suppliers/electrics

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
