Softsolution, a client of our Buy-to-Self-Build plan, is about to embark on an exciting trade show tour with stops in Milan and the United States!
We felt very flattered, as Eva-Maria Kleinlehner and Wolfgang Hofbauer travelled all the way from Austria to use Quadrant2Design’s Prestige Events System. They joined us for two thorough days of training, learning to build two exhibition stand configurations, before embarking on their trade show tour.
In this week’s pre-build video, you can hear all about their experiences with Quadrant2Design and the training days.
Feeling Welcomed

In conversation with our Media Editor, Magdalena, Wolfgang reflected on the training day and shared some lovely feedback about how welcome he and Eva-Maria felt at our studio.
We always strive to make clients feel welcome, comfortable and supported throughout the training process, so this was wonderful to hear.
When we came here, we got a very warm welcome. I felt very comfortable from the very first minute when I walked in. Yesterday, we had an amazing day and received amazing training on how to build this stand.
Eva-Maria also reflected on her experience in our studio!
It is amazing to see all of the structures and organisation behind. You did a walkthrough of the company here and introduced the team, and it was impressive. All of the details and workers are doing their jobs really well. We felt very welcome here.
Building the Exhibition Stands
Softsolution had a unique experience with us, as they learned to build two configurations of their exhibition stand in the same training trip. The first was a 12m x 4m peninsula stand for Vitrum 2025, and the second was a 9m x 6m island configuration for GlassBuild America 2025.
When clients purchase our stands to self-build, they always receive ongoing professional support. This can be additional training where needed, access to our library of training videos, practical advice, and use of our Lifetime Free Design service, where we reconfigure the exhibition stands free of charge.
Softsolution will still receive all of these benefits, but since they travelled so far to come and work with us, and have a busy year ahead, we wanted to consolidate the training sessions to give them the best preparation for their back-to-back tour.
Following their training, Softsolution praised the exhibition stand for its high quality, flexibility, and ease of build.
It’s easy to build, easy to understand. It’s like LEGO! You just have to know the rules.
Wolfgang HofbauerI now know the system, and it is really well established. It’s a huge experience to see this, and every question I asked, I tried to challenge. Every answer was prompt and really to the point. It was amazing to see.
Eva-Maria KleinlehnerThe exhibition Stand Design
We often remind our clients that the design they first receive can look vastly different to the final look! However, there are many happy occasions where clients fall in love with the very first visual we show them! See below for the initial versus the final design.

We had to make some small changes to the graphics, but it was really impressive. The first shot was perfect.
Alongside their busy trade show calendar, the team plans to use their stand in their offices and showroom in Austria! As the stand is modular, the team can rearrange it to fit new spaces and sizes and meet their goals at individual shows.
Post-training Site-Seeing
After two hardcore training days, Eva-Maria and Wolfgang enjoyed a little exploring around the Canford Cliffs area and took a trip to the lovely Rockwater cafe to unwind by the beach.
Training can be a little tiring, but we are lucky that our studio is based in the beautiful sunny Poole, so when clients have some extra time, there is plenty to do!

A Final Thought
It has been such a pleasure to work with the lovely and proactive Softsolution team! We were flattered that Eva-Maria and Wolfgang travelled so far to access our system and were touched that they had such a lovely time at our studio.
Here are some closing thoughts from the lovely Eva-Maria.
The stand is easy to build, easy to store, and it's easy to ship, because it is not heavy, which is great. We can reuse it and decide to add another module for another show, or just a single module for our conferences.
We use it for several shows for the next two, three, maybe even four years. We were so impressed through this process you have provided to us!
