The Toy Fair is the UK’s largest dedicated toy, game and hobby trade show taking place annually at the end of January at London Olympia.
The toy industry’s showcase welcomes more than 200 exhibitors showcasing thousands of products to visitors including retailers, buyers, media and the wider industry.
Exhibition Stand Design at Toy Fair
For businesses in the commercial toy, game, and kids’ entertainment sectors, Toy Fair offers outstanding value. As the UK’s only trade-only B2B toy event, businesses are presented with high-value decision-makers, primed to buy.
The show is fast-paced, and buyers tend to scan, rather than spend time browsing. To maximise use of buyer attention, stands should be clear and impactful, making unique offerings clear at even just a glance. If your budget allows for it, it is extremely advantageous to place branding at maximum height.
You should also consider how you want visitors to engage with you. Positioning products in illuminated aisle-side showcases is a very effective way to capture passing eyes, giving staff the opportunity to initiate conversations. Though, it’s becoming increasingly common for businesses to opt for more private stands at this event, to keep their high-value products exclusive to the eyes of the most serious buyers. The right approach for you will depend on your specific goals. Building private meeting areas within an open and welcoming stand is the ideal way to bridge the gap, gaining brand awareness while also keeping upcoming products veiled and protected.
No matter your goals and requirements, a professional exhibition stand designer is crucial to capturing attention at this competitive event.

Insight

The stand is lovely! We launched the stand 3 years ago, and we’ve been really pleased with it every step of the way from the design to the way we’re able to lay the product out on the plinths at the front that are easy to demonstrate from. So yeah, full marks on the stand. Thank you very much indeed.
