Naidex is the most established platform for the disability community, bringing together a powerful community of innovators, care professionals and people with lived experience to connect, share knowledge, and explore products and services.

Bringing together over 200 speakers, 250 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors, Naidex is an invaluable event for those driving innovative solutions in Disability, Health and Independent Living.

Exhibition Stand Design at Naidex

space where the demographic majority shifts, offering a rare, highly inclusive environment where the community feels completely at home.

Because the show connects businesses directly with end-users actively seeking assistive tech, mobility gear, and lifestyle services, conversations move beyond casual interest into genuine, meaningful connections.

To succeed at Naidex, stands should be designed with disabled customers in mind.

Clear the floor: Mount or integrate lighter products to keep the floor clear, say no to raised floors and maintain open layouts wherever possible.
Adjust taglines: position core messaging, branding and taglines slightly lower than usual to improve readability for wheelchair users
Inclusive AV: Digital displays should feature accessibility features for blind, visually impaired and deaf visitors, offering audio descriptions via headphones and subtitles on screen.

One thing worth bearing in mind is that modern visitors won’t just be looking for functional mobility aids; they want design options too! If you have space on your stand, it’s beneficial to bring a wide selection from your range. If you’re tight for space, use AV and screens to fill these gaps!
