What a busy month! September 2025 definitely lived up to its reputation as the most active month for the industry, and having survived unscathed, we’re excited to bring you the latest news, activations and inspiration from the field.

September is home to some of the most influential shows in the event industry, including but not limited to: DSEI, IMHX, Connected Britain 2025, Professional Beauty North 2025, and The Speciality & Fine Food Fair. Across the month, we had 82 exhibition stand projects, 18 of which were just at DSEI!

Coordinating this number of exhibition stands required significant planning. Let’s get into the details…

News & Exhibitions

As September was such a busy month, we have lots of updates to share with you.

DSEI 2025

DSEI 2025, the UK’s largest show for the defence industry, was one of the most significant events of September. This year’s event hosted over 1,600 exhibitors, 45,000 visitors and representatives from more than 90 countries. We had 18 clients at this prestigious event, spanning the aerospace, land, manufacturing, medical, naval, space and tech zones. Maggie Clemence, our Media Manager, attended the event to explore its value and the importance of strong brand representation. Let’s see what our clients had to say.

Speciality & FIne Food Fair

September is also home to one of our all-time favourite shows, the Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2025! This event is a melting pot for unique artisan food and drink brands, uniting both emerging and established brands in the industry. The event took place from September 15th to 16th, 2025, transforming Olympia into a vibrant marketplace where it affirmed its place as the UK’s leading showcase for specialist and high-end food and drink products. In our show review, we discuss the design challenge for artisan brands, exhibiting professionally, while maintaining local appeal.

IMHX 2025

IMHX was a huge success this year and made great sustainability progress. The event partnered with BetterStands this year, ensuring all exhibitors used either reusable or recyclable exhibition stands. This was a great move for the industry, and we were pleased to see it.

Professional Beauty North 2025

Professional Beauty North 2025 was also a very successful and busy event. The vibrant beauty trade show is the ultimate destination for salon owners, spa professionals, aestheticians, nail techs and beauty therapists looking to discover the latest trends, technologies and treatments within their industry. I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
