As you may know, Spring Fair 2025 is right around the corner and it’s celebrating a great milestone; its 75th birthday! The show kicks off on the 2nd of Feb, and comes to a close on the 5th, inviting retail experts, buyers, suppliers, and over 34,000 visitors.
At Spring Fair, the competition is fierce, and exhibitors go to great lengths to stand out. The show is fun, pretty and exciting, attracting buyers and consumers alike ahead of the new season’s launch.
This week in pre-build, Sanjay Khatri, Director of Scent N Essence, attended to view his new exhibition stand for the very first time, and check it for quality ahead of Spring Fair 2025!

Scent N Essence is a UK-based family-owned business that is passionate about branded fragrances. Scent n Essence is a distributor, wholesaler, and retailer of branded perfumes as well as their own designer perfumes.
Why Exhibit at Spring Fair 2025 with Quadrant2Design?
This is Scent N Essence’s second year exhibiting at Spring Fair! Last year was a great success for the business, as they connected with around 85 retailers. This year, with their additional brands and new exhibition stand, they hope for even more connections, including the likes of Boots and Superdrug.

How was the Pre-Build Experience & Exhibition Stand?

It's been a pleasure coming here, and this is our first foray into exhibiting and investing in a big exhibition over here, in any field. And I feel it was worth the investment to go with Quadrant2Design, to design our booth.
This stand screams luxury, with its intricate details and pops of champagne in the showcases. Sanjay’s words on the design speak volumes…
The look of the stand was very, very important, because we have perfumes which range from oriental to woody. The ambience around it needs to be the right for people to be attracted not just towards the booth, but the perfumes.
I'm very pleased actually, the designing, the colouring and the quality of the booth, I feel it's worth the investment that you make. It just looks amazing, honestly.
