It was nice to meet you too and sorry I couldn’t chat long as we had Richard Drax MP on the stand at the time.
The show went well and the stand presentation was perfect.
My only feedback would be for you to offer a live stream/skype hand over of the stand as I had to travel up on the Sunday and stay over just to sign the handover form.

We were all really pleased with the stand. Our CEO, Tony, noted how much easier the show was because of your help. I really want to thank our project manager Rachael Collard. She was very helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns. I have not been with Metis very long and this was my first main assignment since joining the team. I felt really proud to have been involved with the stand so thank you to the whole team for all their hard work!
Many of the visitors to our stand commented on how good it looked and enquired who had designed and built it for us. Hopefully some might get in touch with you for future shows! I believe a few even guessed it was Quadrant2 based on its appearance and design.
There are a couple of minor things we might look to tweak with the stand for subsequent shows but overall we were all really impressed with both the quality of the stand and the service you all provided. We look forward to working with you all again soon!

The H+C event has been in our calendar for some years now. Prior to my joining CT I also attended this event, I believe that it has changed significantly over the years getting smaller and smaller whilst becoming misguided in its messaging especially this year, however this is more for my feed back to the organiser. The result of this is that I have decided not to do this event in 2020, instead we will be doing both The Dementia and Care shows, one at the NEC in March and then at ExCel in September. I have already been speaking with your team about our stand for these.
As for your company’s services and the stand itself, your team have worked really well and I am pleased with the pre-show communication, stand build and all involved. My only concerns now is the stand screens themselves and them starting to look a little tired as I mentioned to you. I have already been sent some ideas on design etc and need to follow this up.

I did not attend the Paris Air Show but I have seen some feedback from my colleagues. And everting was fine (you have some more details from Sonny as he was the main contact on site)
Everything was great in the communications we had with the Project Manager, everyone was helpful and our stand looked really good.
