My apologies that this feedback is so delayed!

We would like to thank the team at Quadrant2design for another very successful stand instal at London Build 2022.

Your customer service and the guidance we receive from you, from beginning to end, is faultless and very much appreciated. London Build is a big investment for us in time and money – thanks to your team and streamlined processes I know our stand will look amazing and will be just what we ‘ordered’, leaving me to concentrate on all the other aspects of show.

In regards to Ed, he is very nice and everything worked out.
The stand builders were very good and very helpful on the day.

I certainly felt the sales process you guided us through was very thorough. I felt very confident in the processes, helped by your tour of the factory and seeing how the operation worked. I also thought that John, who came to put the stand up couldn’t have been more dedicated and helpful. He worked like a trojan, was incredibly diligent and thorough.

Thank you for getting in touch and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We have provided some feedback below.

– Overall, the stand looked great and we had great feedback on this 😊
– Overall organisation was good and everything was done in good time
– Checklists/reminders including deadlines from Violet were really helpful
– The new shelves that were fitted behind the tall framework (facing the storage room) were really handy – thank you!
– The photo floor graphic didn’t need amending despite the fact we opted for a larger stand plot than last year (and it looked great)
– The on-site team did a great job of fixing any minor issues & helping with shelf adjustments
– The stand handover was earlier than planned which really helped us out; regular contact from Violet regarding stand handover times was helpful too

Generally happy with everything 😊 thank you to Violet, your stand build team and everyone else involved!

Sorry for my delayed reply.

The exhibition went very well and the stand looked great. Everyone liked the new design 😊

I was very happy with the support from you, Tracey and the rest of the team. Tracey was a great project manager and supported me with all my questions and helped a lot. And your help and support was great too. Please also pass on my thanks to Dan who helped us setup and and dismantle the stand plus training us while doing it.

Overall it was a great experience working with you and the team.

Thanks for your email and sorry I haven’t come back to you sooner, it has been crazy post show following up with customers.

The stand looked great, and we were pleased with the finished look, as we opted for additional counter space this show. The team have been good in supporting us with the show, especially as we had some issues with regards to the electric and Tracey worked well with us to get this sorted with LVS.

The contractors were great and did a great job.

The event went really well. The contractors were so patient with my requirements to fix picky things and Claire Mackenzie is always so helpful and very easy to work with. I’m very happy with the service overall.
