Maggie's Show Visits

A bright and exciting date in the exhibition calendar, Spring Fair remains one of the largest and longest-running trade shows in the UK, having taken place consistently for over 75 years. Recognised as one of the retail industry’s top wholesale home, gift and fashion trade events, it’s widely considered the “shop for shops” and home to the latest products, trends and invaluable industry insights.

This year, we returned once again to support our long-standing Quadrant2Design clients as they showcased their brands to thousands of buyers. Each exhibitor came back with the same or slightly reconfigured exhibition stands that we originally designed and built for them using our Free Hire Pro Plan.

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Very quick and professional turnaround as we were on a tight schedule to get everything sorted for CNE 2026
- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve
- Quick and efficient at build and break days – stand was ready to go and was dismantled when we arrived with friendly, knowledgeable staff at both the handovers
- Everything and everyone were kept in the loop e.g. between Quadrant/event organisers/furniture suppliers/electrics

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
