Welcome to PPMA Total 2025
As someone who attends my fair share of exhibitions, I can personally attest to PPMA Total 2025’s lively and upbeat atmosphere. It truly might be one of the best trade shows I have attended so far, with amazing technological displays, enthusiastic speakers, and engaging demonstrations that went above and beyond my expectations of what an exhibition can be!
PPMA is one of, if not the, largest process and packaging shows in the UK, with over 350 exhibitors, 7,500+ visitors, and 1,500+ brands attending. With an emphasis on automation and technology, it is an exciting show filled with innovation and ingenuity.
A Standout Success for Quadrant2Design Clients
As such a big show within the exhibition calendar, Quadrant2Design had several clients attending this year’s PPMA. We spoke with a number of them about their experience at the show, with many highlighting how their presence and exhibition stand design contributed to their success in terms of leads and ROI (return on investment).
The show’s been really, really good! About a 50% higher number of leads than we saw this time last year
Ashley Goodwin, Marketing Manager for Webb AutomationRachel Fehily from RHS Fans highlights the top-of-funnel leads she and her team received at PPMA:
We are only halfway through, and we can already see the benefits. We’ve already spoken with people who had never heard of us, didn’t know we existed. So yeah, it’s great.
Rachel Fehily, Director at RHF FansPPMA Total 2025 was truly a resounding success for our clients, with Wittenstein’s Mark Cooper noting that they are already thinking about their stand space and design for PPMA 2026.
The Power of Good Design
Our returning clients, Yamato Scale Dataweigh, who visited the show the previous year, were quick to understand the importance of not only attending, but making their presence known at the show. That’s why they worked with the design consultants at Quadrant2Design to come up with a bigger, more impactful stand for this year’s PPMA — and successfully at that, with Mark James stating:
We have had a lot of comments from customers saying how good the stand is, so we are very pleased!

This sentiment was shared by RHS Fans:
Everyone who has come to see us has been really impressed with our setup; I think it represents us really well. It looks spectacular.

A lot of thought and work goes into designing each of our custom-designed, modular exhibition stands for our clients, depending on their brand, messaging, and what they hope to achieve at the show.
For our newer client, Webb Automation, it was important to demonstrate what they can provide to their customers, what they contribute to the market, and to emphasise their position within the industry. It was essential that their stand was able to express that — and both the client and I can say that was certainly achieved! Ashley even noted how previous attendees of the show mentioned the improvement of their stand this year compared with years prior.

Planning Ahead
Another major reason our clients choose Quadrant2Design as their stand design and build contractor is due to the stand reusability and Free Hire Pro plan, which allows them to keep costs low over several exhibitions. Yamato Scale Dataweigh took advantage of this when choosing their stand last year, with the intention of exhibiting with it over a number of shows.
It was excellent because it keeps the cost down, which ensured that we could actually go for the bigger stand space this year. Now that we’ve got this space, we’re going to try and keep this floor space so that this stand can be reused again and again.
Mark JamesG. Webb Automation, RHS Fans, and Wittenstein shared the same thought process:
The main reason we went with Quadrant2Design was because of the reusability, and because of the value you then add to the stand as you reuse it over the years.
Ashley GoodwinTo know you are going to be able to use it again, it’s ideal really.
Rachel FehilyWe have had the same concept for the last two years, and the reason we kept it as it was, was because we had good feedback from before.
Mark CooperAll the clients we spoke to at the show went on to emphasise how wonderful and easy it was to work with Quadrant2Design, for which we are incredibly grateful!
Looking Ahead to PPMA 2026
We look forward to collaborating with them all again next year, and I, for one, will certainly look forward to visiting PPMA 2026!
