Get the most use out of your stand by reconfiguring your exhibition stand across multiple shows, no matter size or space.
1 System, 6 Exhibition Stands
Let’s get talking about reusability and how you can reconfigure your exhibition stand. In the future, we will be seeing more and more companies with stands that have reusable properties. Already the number of exhibitors using modular stands are growing.
If you attend more than one Trade Show a year, sometimes the floor space you get is completely different to the one you were given last time. However, this more often than not means buying a whole new stand. So this is not only a hassle for you, but it’s extra money that you don’t need to be spending.
Talent Recruitment company Head Light approached us last month with this very dilemma. Because they wanted to attend as many shows as possible, however, they wanted to buy just one stand that they could use for every show.
Flexible Exhibition Stands Explained
So let me explain a bit more about our Prestige System. It is an exclusive high quality expanding frame system we use for all of the exhibition stands we produce. Not only does it look great because it’s done away with ugly metal bars that get in the way of the graphics, but it has lightweight modular flexibility that allows it to be reconfigured to fit almost any stand space.
As you can see, there are 6 variations for a variety of different floor spaces, such as 3 x 3m, 5 x 3m, 6 x 2m etc. And it’s not just the structure of the system that can be re-used, all the graphics are exactly the same too; just shuffled around for each variation. So, in effect, that’s 6 stands for the price of 1! Which is pretty good value for money if you ask me!
Want to see this stand in action? Well, Head Light will be at the Learning and Skills Show on 29-30 January at Olympia, London.
