Medisave’s Product Marketing Specialist, Kern Deremaux, recently joined us in pre-build to view the exhibition stand ahead of the Emergency Services Show! In this video, Kern shares some great insights on the brand, the show, and how reconfigurable stands help stay ahead of an ever-evolving brand.
About Medisave
Medisave has been supplying medical equipment and supplies for over 25 years, largely to the NHS and GP Surgeries.
Around 18 months ago, Medisave introduced emergency medical supplies. This new range caters to a new sector, emergency care, making Medisave a well-rounded supplier and completing the circle of care. They will showcase this new range of products at the Emergency Services Show using a reconfigurable, Quadrant2Design stand.
The Emergency Services Show
The Emergency Services Show is the UK’s leading event for the blue light sector. This event brings together representatives from police, fire & rescue, ambulance, and search & rescue services to discover new, innovative technology and operational solutions, share experiences, and unite their approach to public safety.
The show took place from the 18th until the 19th of September 2024, attracting over 16,000 visitors and featuring over 550 exhibitors, live demonstrations, free CPD-accredited content and exclusive networking opportunities.
The goal of this exhibition, and the others for the year, was to establish Medisave as a well-known brand among all paramedics, through the high-impact exhibition stand.

Creating The Right Impression
When exhibiting at medical trade shows, and other “Your Money or Your Life” industries, conveying credentials is paramount. Stands need to look professional, but they also need to convey a message clearly and effectively. Medisave was confident that the exhibition stand achieved this.
It's a professional stand and I think that's what we want to convey. Professional service, cost-effective products - that's what we want to showcase, effectively.
Reconfiguring Stands to Evolve with Brands

This is basically the same stand but slightly reconfigured. The whole point of using Quadrant is that we can reconfigure it to however we like.
As Kern shares in the video, reconfigurable stands are beneficial, as they can evolve with a brand without compromising sustainability. The medical industry is ever-evolving, and suppliers are expected to keep up with this demand.
As Medisave has increased its product supply, they have altered panels and reconfigured the stand layout to highlight products effectively. In particular, Medisave added graphic panels for Elite Bags. Other than these panels, the stand is entirely reused from the previous show, Best Practice London 2024, and the team also plans to reuse it at Best Practice Birmingham 2024! This has allowed the brand to exhibit sustainably, economically and with less stress.
The Benefits of pre-Build
Kern particularly enjoyed that pre-build allowed him to view the stand before the show, and check everything was as envisioned. He shares:
There is no point turning up on the day if you're not happy with something, it's too late so, this gives you a chance to really fine tune it and get the stand looking exactly how you want it.
Summing Up
The use of reconfigurable stands has proven to be a valuable asset for Medisave, allowing it to showcase its ever-evolving product range, clearly and professionally throughout all exhibitions.
