Video Review | The Safety & Security Event Series
In 2024, we had the pleasure of attending The Safety & Security Event Series, where we caught up with Peter! In the interview, he reflects on his experiences with each department, the importance of meeting brand guidelines, and bringing this project to life within a short timeframe.
Meeting Brand Guidelines
When exhibiting at in-person events, your stand is your identity and is indicative of your brand personality, business values and purpose. Therefore, it is important to have a strong and accurate representation of the brand.
The branding of the stand was really important for us - the colour coding, the design, everything - and it was executed fantastically for us.
The Exhibition Stand Design
As well as encapsulating the brand personality, it is also important for exhibition stands to represent the quality of the brand, to have the desired impact and convey the desired message.
We have such an important message and to be able to deliver what we're trying to promote which is the revolution of the market, we're trying to digitalise fire safety information and take what is physical into the cloud, and to have a stand that backs our message up, succinctly, is really important.
This stand is a huge part of what we do - it is our identity.
Limited Time-Frame
Peter explains in the video that he had a short lead time for this project. With this tight turnaround, Quadrant2Design kicked into gear to bring the vision to life on time. In fact, the initial design was nearly spot on!
With just a few tweaks, Nimbus was ready for the Fire Safety Event.
It was executed fantastically for us. We didn't have a lot of time to do it, and with the timeframe that we had to turn it around, to be honest with you, hats off because it was incredible.
The Complete Service
Here at Quadrant2Design, we understand that many companies do not have a dedicated events planner. We are well-equipped to support our clients every step of the way, making what could be quite a challenging task accessible and achievable for any business.
What was most impressive was the interactions that we had with multiple members of your team. From the get-go I was introduced to multiple members of your department, I was given a video-welcome to give us a flavour for what's available and who does what within the organisation.
Not having ever organised an event before, this was dropped in my lap at the eleventh hour and I was almost panicking because I had no idea where to start. I spoke to Monika and Laura and James and they kind of just did all the heavy lifting for me.
Post-Show Feedback
Peter’s feedback in the video was outstanding, but he was also kind enough to provide an additional review after the show!
The show went great, and all in all, it's just a massive thank you from myself and the team. We were spinning in circles wondering what to do, and the team at Quadrant were simply superb in looking after us and our requirements.
Start to finish, your customer service is on point, and I've learnt a thing or two that we'll be looking to bring into our company on the back of our experience with you. Great work!
