We attended London Packaging Week in 2024, and had the pleasure of catching up with Lucy Ordidge, Commercial Director at Marber! In the video, Lucy shared her first impressions of the stand and reflected on her experience working with each of our teams.
Post-Show Feedback

The Designer
At Quadrant2Design, the design process is consultative, meaning that the stands are bespoke and serve the individual needs and requirements.
Marber envisaged an exhibition stand that placed their products front and centre, dividing product lines by colour in the showcases. It was important for their brand colours, grey and pink, to be incorporated but not to overpower the final design. Below is the first edition:
And with a little bit of tweaking… the final stand design was ready for London Packaging Week 2024!
Kathryn was our wonderful designer and took on board everything we wanted for the stand.
The Project Management
Our Project Managers are here to ensure everything runs smoothly with your exhibition stand, but they also handle much of the painful admin and make your exhibiting experience stress-free. It was great to hear Lucy’s feedback working with our Proejct Managers.
Lily, our PM, was really helpful and responsive throughout the development process. It was made clear what deadlines we needed to hit and she sent welcomed reminders so we stayed on track.
The Exhibition Stand Design
Quadrant2Design offers full pre-build, where every stand is built ahead of every event. We always encourage clients to visit on their build day as it provides a brilliant opportunity to check everything is perfect before event day. Sometimes clients cannot attend their build day. In which case, we send high-quality footage and images of the stand. Quadrant2Design always reviews and quality-checks the stand in pre-build.
As Marber could not attend their pre-build day, the first time the team saw the stand in person was at London Packaging Week 2024! Lucy shared her first impression:
The whole team were thrilled. Even though you get a good idea of how the stand will look from the renders and artwork flat lays it was so much better in real life and exceeded all expectations.
Thank you so much! We received many comments throughout the duration of the exhibition telling us we had the best stand there!!! The pops of colour and lighting worked so well and showcased our product samples amazingly.
The Installation
Quadrant2Design only uses our in-house installers who are highly experienced at installing our exhibition stands throughout the UK and Europe.
Your installers on the setup and takedown days were really friendly and helpful.
Quadrant2Design Reviews
Quadrant2Design video reviews are captured in person at trade shows by our in-house videographer, Maggie Clemence. We always present the client’s exact words and authentic experiences working with our company. Additionally, our Customer Care Director, Wiebke Carvell, collects feedback after the shows. The reviews are published using the client’s exact wording and are never edited.

You made a very daunting thought of having to create an exhibition stand a really pleasant experience. We would 100% recommend you to others. A big thank you from us all at Marber.
