Last year, Quadrant2Design had the pleasure of attending the InstallerShow, where we caught up with Future Drilling Services!
In the video, Matthew reflected on the exhibition stand design, which differentiated the company from competitors. He mentions the colour scheme, size of the stand and features for visibility, which lend themselves to the overall impact of the display.
The Exhibition Stand Design
In the video, Matthew emphasised the significance of making a strong impression at shows, particularly at large shows where the floor space is quite expensive.
What we wanted to achieve with the stand was for it to stick out. There's so many different kind of stands and installers here and we wanted ours to really stand out because it's an expensive place to exhibit, so if you're going to do it, do it properly.
Matthew was very pleased with his exhibition stand design. The team came to us with the idea of having the drilling rig on the stand, but didn’t have many further plans for the overall look. Quadrant2Design created an immersive branded space with high-level branding, a rotating header and bright attention-grabbing showcases!
At the beginning, we only had an idea we wanted to bring the drilling rig, and we want to grab people's attention. Then we gave it to yourselves, and you've turned it into what it is today - it's basically your design and we've just gone, that's fantastic, more than happy!
The quality of the design spoke for itself at InstallerSHOW, as visitors couldn’t keep their eyes off the stand!
It's the amount of people that have come past and said "you know the stand and the rig looks fantastic", and that's that's the whole point we want it to catch people's attention, and it's definitely doing that.

Reusability
Reusable exhibition stands are widely recognised for their sustainability benefits, but they also ease much of the stress associated with exhibiting. Incorporating large and heavy machinery into your display can be challenging. Matthew notes that the reusable stand has significantly benefited Future Drilling Services by reducing much of the organisational burden.
We know what we dealing with next time, we know exactly how it's going to be laid out, so, if there's any other kind of minor tweaks that we need to make from feedback after these three days, it can be easily done! Even now there's not many things I'd really change about it at all.
Post Show Feedback
We were really thrilled with the show feedback from Future Drilling Services, but we also received some lovely feedback post-show!
I can honestly say that both myself and the guys at Future Drilling were delighted with the end result. It looked superb.
As for your team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone. The entire process was handled with total professionalism from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and there was help and advice readily provided throughout the project.
