“Originally, we had foreseen the move to happen sometime during Summer 2015, then this date was changed to Christmas 2014. However, due to a change in situation our team had their work cut out with a new move date that was just two months away – August 2014. Everyone here has been so busy and working extremely hard to make sure that we met this date. A big thanks to our team for their hard work and dedication, we wouldn’t have been able to get it all done in time without them!”
The unit in Creekmoor was also home to the famous Q2D showroom and pre-build area. “The showroom and pre-build in our old premises was such a unique and key feature that it was imperative to buy somewhere with enough space to move it over,” states Alan.
The pre-build allows clients to see their exhibition stand built fully before an exhibition or event, they can also book in for free exhibition stand training which is useful if they have chosen the self-build option. Seeing their exhibition stand pre-built before the show gives our clients the opportunity to make any amendments and the design team can eliminate any flaws, ensuring a smooth exhibiting experience at the show. Upstairs there is more to be seen, with a light wall made up of 30 square-50 watt lights and a 25 metre exhibition stand feature.
Our new open plan offices allow for the sales, marketing and CAD/design team to easily interact and communicate with each other.
A brand new kitchen-come-meeting area has been built within the unit, where the design consultants can present design proposals to prospective clients on the new 50inch 3D TV.
You can find the new unit at Unit H3, The Fulcrum, Vantage Way, Mannings Heath Road, Poole, Dorset BH12 4NU.
We still have some work to do before we are 100% finished and complete at our new office. We will be continuing to add progress photos as work gets finished and we will be having an official opening event at the end of September.
Our 25 metre exhibition feature is being designed and constructed.
The kitchen/meeting area is also underway and being decorated and kitted out.
