Before you purchase an exhibition stand from anyone, you should get to know them, understand their capability and resources, and the quality of their work.
Throughout every step of your design and exhibition process, you will be dealing with one of Quadrant2Design’s in-house team of experts. Firstly you’ll be looked after by our design team who can take your vision and make it a reality. The design team pass your brief onto the CAD team, who bring it all to life in a 3D image. If you love our design, you’ll move on to the next stage of the process and be given your personal Project Manager.
We count ourselves lucky to have such a dedicated project management team looking after each one of our clients. Vicky, Rachael and Rosie are the reason you can expect such a high standard of service from us.
A Project Manager’s role involves liaising with clients and answering their queries whilst simultaneously looking after the logistics and taking care of the behind the scenes. A typical day is likely to involve a few phone calls to venues and event organisers, as well as catch-ups with their customers.
If you have asked us to design your exhibition stand, your PM will be assigned to you during the production and delivery stage. We do everything in-house (because we don’t trust strangers) and your Project Manager is responsible for making sure the process runs smoothly.
Your Project Manager will be there to monitor the graphic design, manufacturing and the pre-build of your exhibition stand so that you have one less thing to worry about. They’re also exhibition experts, having been to hundreds of shows and build-up days before. If you have any questions on the run-up to your show your PM will have the answer.
As well as the stuff happening in the office and the pre-build zone, this team are responsible for pulling the loose strings together. They can help you source any AV equipment, furniture or carpets that you might want on your exhibition stand. If there is something that you want, your PM can and probably will make it happen.
This team enjoys a challenge, with problem-solving a core part of the role. They thrive under pressure and enjoy seeing their hard work pay off when it comes to fixing something. If there were any issues on-site at a show or with a stand you can guarantee that Vicky, Rachael or Rosie will put it right.
Rosie, our most recent addition to the team, has already learnt so much in a short space of time at Quadrant2Design.
It’s a tough role because sometimes you have to be firm and assertive to get what is best for the customer. It’s never easy to deal with problems, that’s why confidence and adaptability are key skills for this role.Rosie Sharp, Project Manager
Something you might not realise is that our team of project managers look after us as well. They are responsible for sorting out the transport and the accommodation for our installers when they visit shows.
Everyone agrees that when it comes to Quadrant2Design, the best thing about working here is the team. The people around you and the environment you work in can make a huge difference to your day-to-day life. That is hugely important for a Project Manager because so much of their role involves working closely with the other departments to solve problems.
We couldn’t be prouder than we are to have Vicky, Rachael and Rosie looking after our clients and keeping an eye on the professional service we provide. They are a huge part of what we stand for here at Quadrant2Design, and this place just wouldn’t run half as well without them.
