This past month, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Hermanos team to our headquarters in Poole. This visit was scheduled ahead of the International Franchise Show 2026, held at Excel London, where the team brought the vibrant Hermanos brand to the international stage.
Join us as we tell you a little more about Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters, the development of their stand design and their upcoming exhibition plans.
About Hermanos and Their Exhibition Plans
Hermanos is an award-winning coffee roaster with 10 coffee shops across key London areas.
The company was founded by brothers Victor and Santiago, who, along with Adnan, dedicated considerable time in Colombia to learning about coffee and working with farmers to introduce their specialty Colombian coffee to the UK.
Hermanos approached us in February to help them create a high-energy stand that would support their exhibiting goals.
They began with two shows on their list, the International Franchise Show and the London Coffee Festival. Each of these addresses different audiences and business goals. One is to launch their new franchising proposition, and the other is to introduce their Colombian coffee to a global audience.

The Exhibition Stand Brief
Hermanos Coffee is defined by its bold, colourful and high-energy aesthetic, distinct from some of the more muted and industrial tones that are often seen in the industry.
For the International Franchise Show, the team wanted to capture the warm, bold and authentic ambience of their coffee shops, while positioning Hermanos as a scalable, “ready-to-go” franchise model.
They required –
- Integrated product displays
- Counters
- A brewing table
- Video display
- Storytelling elements to showcase the “farm-to-cup” journey
The stand was also designed with consideration of the London Coffee Festival, which needed to appeal to both consumer and business audiences.
Design Interpretation - Creating a Vibrant, Bold Stand
When approaching this design, we aimed to capture the brand’s warmth, vibrancy and Colombian heritage, so that visitors feel truly immersed in the brand and Colombia!
We drew inspiration from the welcoming atmosphere of Hermanos’ coffee shops, incorporating vivid colour blocks, traditional Colombian details, and people-focused imagery to draw attention to the hard work of their farmers.
Adnan was very pleased with our interpretation. He shared:
The initial concept was bang on the money in terms of understanding the identity of Hermanos and bringing that to life.
It feels intrinsically Colombian.
The team only made minor tweaks before the stand was ready for the International Franchise Show. Adnan reflected on how it felt to see the stand come together:
Seeing this come to life, and seeing what this would do for the brand was absolutely exceptional... When you see it, it's Colombian, cultural, vibrant and full of energy.

Seeing the stand in Pre-Build
In the video, Adnan shared that our unique pre-build service was a compelling factor in deciding to work with Quadrant2Design.
While the Hermanos team were able to appreciate the stand through the renders, seeing it in person before the show gave them the ability to visualise their product displays and understand how the flow of engagement would work on the show day.
I think being able to come here to see the stand before taking it to the show is a game-changer for us because we can visualise exactly what will need to go where, how the materials are built, where it needs to be located.
Getting that familiarity allows us to get up and running on the day, without having to worry about the hassle of how we're going to fit our products in the space etc. Being here we can visualise a lot more, being in the space, understand the flow of people visiting our stand.
Looking Forward to The London Coffee Festival
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Hermanos on their presence at The International Franchise Show. This show took place just a few days ago, from the 17th to the 18th of April, and the stand received glowing feedback from guests.
Quadrant2Design stands are ideal for communicating vibrant brands like Hermanos, as vivid colours can be faithfully reproduced on our high-quality graphics, to match and complement the high-quality products on display.
Now that the International Franchise Show has come to a close, Hermanos will be turning their attention to the London Coffee Festival, taking place from the 4th to the 17th of May at Truman Brewery in London, where the team will be reusing this stand again!
