Organised and Responsible Exhibition Stand Suppliers

Thorough Stand and Installation Planning

When it comes to exhibiting we know there isn’t much room for error. Just one forgotten and misunderstood detail can result in a stand missing a key feature, a message not clear enough within the graphic print, or in some extreme cases, it could result in you turning up to an event to find no exhibition stand at all!

In our 20 years being expert exhibition stand suppliers we have never let a client down. This is down to a combination of things – we are extremely thorough in our stand and installation planning, and we have a model that works, with very precise processes that never fail.

Organised and Responsible Exhibition Stand Suppliers

Project Management and Pre-build

Our team of project managers work flat out to ensure your modular stand is not only delivered and installed on time, but they also hunt out and kill any uncertainty in the early stages of the project so that each detail is clear going through production, and for our onsite building team. They’ll set various timeframes, and print dates to help the smooth execution of your Prestige stand and avoid any last-minute rushes.

We also promise to pre-build 100% of your exhibition stand before your event! We pre-build every shelf, every light, every graphic and check every last detail.

Safe Stand Building

To avoid risk ensure your chosen exhibition stand supplier is credible and experienced.
We provide over 600 stand installations a year and have over 700 real client reviews you can read through here.

Check to make sure that your chosen exhibition stand provider not only conforms to all CDM regulations but is also CHAS accredited.

We urge you to be concerned if they cannot prove their compliance because unfortunately, it will mean your stand is in jeopardy.

Fast and Fuss-free

As Prestige can be built so quickly because it requires no power tools, large machinery, and creates no noise or mess on site. Therefore, installation and dismantle planning is straightforward, and risk assessments are much less complicated than those of custom build.

The lightweight modular system and flexible graphic panels pack down into carry-cases that can be taken to the show in small-medium size vans, and all in one trip! We will arrive on-site and have your stand build in just one day, this includes even the most complex of structures.

Planning Ahead

We can and have many a time arranged a whole exhibition stand within the space of just a few days, however in times where we can get ahead, generally, we advise an ideal lead time of 8 weeks which will enable us to plan and prepare with you gradually and smoothly.

The earlier we can have everything prepared for you, naturally, the more enjoyable you’re likely to find the whole process and you can take a breath knowing everything is all sorted with plenty of time to spare.

Our friendly team of project managers are second to none. They’re just a phone call away for any questions you have as your project develops.
