Quadrant2Design just got back from the NEC Birmingham, where we assembled 18 stands in just two days. And, we didn’t stop there, over the actual duration of the shows, we built twenty! The NEC hosted a variety of food & drink shows and safety & security series of events on April 29th and 30th, and we had clients in each show.

We’ve put together a sneak peek of the events with a showcase of our exhibition stands, and we’ll be sharing more insights on the individual events and exhibition stands soon.

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve
- Quick and efficient at build and break days – stand was ready to go and was dismantled when we arrived with friendly, knowledgeable staff at both the handovers

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
