About Quadrant2Design Project Management
Project Managers are the primary point of contact for your exhibition stand project! Internally, they supervise every process that leads to your final exhibition stand. Externally, they liaise with show organisers, submit risk assessments and electrical plans, and handle documentation for the stand installation and breakdown, ensuring a stress-free experience and a flawless stand!

Meet the Team
Lauryn Rowe
Lauryn is our Senior Project Manager! She oversees the planning, executing, monitoring, and closing of exhibition stand projects, ensuring every detail is perfect. She often takes on our more complex projects and also provides training and additional support to the rest of the team.
Fun Facts About Lauryn:
- She loves to bake in her spare time, especially chocolate tiffin, cupcakes and brownies; there are often office grumbles when more than a month goes by without one of Lauryn’s bakes!
- Lauryn is obsessed with dogs. Hers are all named like old ladies: Lady, Mable and Peggy.
Favourite Exhibition Stand:
Lauryn’s favourite stand is Simply Jaspers. I think all animal lovers would agree that the graphics on this stand are the cutest. It may not be the largest, but this stand showcases eye-catching features such as edge-lit acrylics, a full panel backlit feature and many lovely showcases.
Favourite Project:
Her favourite project was GIGI Laboratories. The project stands out to Lauryn as GIGI’s exhibition stand is very vibrant and welcoming for customers. It also showcases some of her favourite Quadrant2Design features, such as backlit custom showcases and a branded photo floor. Aside from the gorgeous exhibition stand, the client, Lana, was a dream to work with, and she and Lauryn got on so well!
Chloe Johnston
Chloe Johnston is our Project Scheduler! She is the master of logistics, resource scheduling and management, keeping all the cogs turning to ensure event days run smoothly.
Fun Facts about Chloe:
- Chloe is a keen golfer and even played competitively when she was younger!
- She adores true crime documentaries and learning about the law.
Favourite Exhibition Stand:
Chloe’s favourite exhibition stand is Vault X, as it is playful and fun! It has a giant collection binder, modelled after Vault X’s star product, and a standout photo-wall for visitors to pin their polaroids.
Favourite Project:
Her favourite project was for Medisave at the Emergency Services Show 2024. Chloe really liked this particular configuration of the stand, as it was very welcoming. The graphics were also really punchy, with great, large-format images and a memorable sketch design!
Hannah Bradshaw
Hannah Bradshaw is one of our Project Managers. She is responsible for planning and organising the project, handling the paperwork and keeping to timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly and successfully!
Fun Facts about Hannah:
- Hannah loves Boston Terriers – she has a crazy one called Teddy.
- Live music is life – She has travelled far and wide to see her favourite bands!
Favourite Exhibition Stand:
Hannah’s favourite exhibition stand is Actiph Water. The use of backlit features to promote star products was really eye-catching, and the stand’s colours perfectly captured the brand’s essence!
Favourite Project:
Quality Marking Services has been Hannah’s favourite project so far. Not only were the team lovely to work with, but they were also very passionate about their exhibition stand for Highways UK!
Together, Hannah and the team overcame various logistical challenges, and she learnt a lot about their products and the innovative solutions that are used to display them. Ultimately, the show was very successful, and Hannah was pleased to be a part of the journey!
Yun Zhang Mouskis
Yun Zhang Mouskis is one of our Project Managers. She is responsible for planning and organising the project, handling the paperwork and keeping to timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly and successfully!
Fun Facts about Yun:
- Yun adores yoga and practices it often, both for mindfulness and to stay fit and strong.
- She also enjoys listening to classical and jazz music, particularly cello and piano!
Favourite Exhibition Stand:
Yun’s favourite stands are Vetark & Payment Assist, as both feature lovely, clean, minimalist designs.
Favourite Project:
So far, Yun’s favourite project has been Aspire & Co, as she is passionate about the skincare industry, and the client is always a pleasure to work with!
Wiebke Carvell
Wiebke is an Interim Project Manager and seasoned expert at Quadrant2Design. Over her 15 years with us, she has worked in every single department, and so, while the lovely Paulina is on maternity leave, she is offering a helping hand to our PM team.
Fun Facts about Wiebke:
- Wiebke loves cruising on her trike and attends bike shows all across the UK.
- She has a witchy collection of spider jewellery, and adores the spooky seasons!
Favourite Exhibition Stand:
Wiebke’s favourite exhibition stands are Potter’s Herbals and Kanegrade, which both feature stunning, memorable graphics.
Favourite Project:
Wiebke has worked with nearly all of our clients, and couldn’t possibly choose just one favourite!
Stuart Matthews
Stuart Matthews is our Operations Manager; the backbone of production and project management. He oversees all projects from design to installation, dismantling, and return to storage. He also works closely with our Production and Finishing Manager and supervisors, especially through pre-build.
Fun Facts about Stuart:
- Stuart loves hiking and is passionate about fitness.
- Of course, health is all about balance… which is why Stuart is also the office’s resident wine connoisseur. He loves good food and wine, particularly a Laurent-Perrier Rosé champagne!
Favourite Exhibition Stand:
Stuart’s favourite exhibition stand is Draken Europe. The products promoted are impressive, offering life-saving combat training simulations for officers, and the graphics are equally as powerful.
Favourite Project:
Draken Europe is also Stuart’s favourite project, as it was the first stand to include the pergola effect!
