May 2025 has been a great month for the exhibition world, with over 20 shows, driving innovation and making an impact in their respective industries.

We have installed across a wide range of outstanding industries this month, from accounting and sustainable energy, to construction and automotive. In preparation for these installations, our pre-build has been bustling, with a range of stands and clients, both new and existing.

In this article, we would like to share a taster of our offices and activities in the exhibition industry!

Lara's Show Visits | May 2025

This week we have a little surprise! You might be used to seeing Maggie’s show visits in our round-ups, but this month we have a video featuring the lovely Lara Giani!

Lara has been a Marketing Intern at Quadrant2Design for 9 months, joining us for her university placement year. As part of her learning experience, she often attends trade shows with our videographer, Maggie Clemence, and catches up with exhibitors about their experiences at the show. Now she is nearing the end of her placement, we thought it was time for Lara to take the reins and star in one of our show visit films. Follow along for all the updates on the Safety & Security Event Series.

While she was there, she also gathered some excellent feedback from our clients!

A Month in Pre-Build

Our marketing duo also had some excellent conversations in pre-build. One of our favourites was with Julian Woods, the CEO of Garage Equipment Association. In our recent video, Julian reflects on the pre-build experience and seeing the stand in person for the first time.

Care Show London 2025

Care Show London 2025 is one of the UK’s favourite care shows, offering invaluable knowledge and face-to-face networking opportunities for those working in the adult social care sector.

Charity Printing Service

In January of this year, Select World Travel, an independent travel agency in Canford Cliffs, launched a charitable initiative, Select World Travel Foundation, which serves as the company’s charitable arm. We recently supported the foundation with a new charity banner.

Looking Forward to June Shows

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
