One of our favourite shows, London Packaging Week 2025, took place earlier this month, from the 15th to the 16th of October at ExCeL London. The event offers unparalleled opportunities to showcase innovative packaging solutions, materials and brands to a global audience of industry leaders.

We attended London Packaging Week last year, where Maggie caught up with a range of our clients. Sustainability was a key theme among exhibitors as it has increasingly played a role in product sourcing and supply chains. We were impressed by the brand representation at the event; it’s clear that the packaging industry knows how to showcase a brand.

A Successful Event

London Packaging Week 2025 was a huge success. As always, this event presented unique opportunities for industry players to present their latest products to valuable buyers.

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Very quick and professional turnaround as we were on a tight schedule to get everything sorted for CNE 2026
- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve
- Quick and efficient at build and break days – stand was ready to go and was dismantled when we arrived with friendly, knowledgeable staff at both the handovers
- Everything and everyone were kept in the loop e.g. between Quadrant/event organisers/furniture suppliers/electrics

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
