June 2025 has been absolutely jam-packed with trade fairs and exhibitions. Our Marketing team has attended and filmed at six shows over the last four weeks, including The Festival of Work, InstallerSHOW, Automechanika, Seawork, Smart Manufacturing, Elevate and Subcon.

Not only have we attended a lot of shows, but we have also installed a grand total of 61 exhibition stands across 34 dynamic events – follow along for all of the details!

Show Visits

At Quadrant2Design, we feel it’s important to get to know our clients, discuss exhibiting in person, and view our exhibition stands in situ! Here is just a snapshot of our show visits from the month!

Seawork 2025

Firstly, we attended Seawork 2025 to discuss sustainable exhibiting. Seawork 2025 is the UK’s largest on-water commercial marine and workboat exhibition, taking place each year at Southampton’s Mayflower Park! The show unites the industry to explore marine renewables, technology, safety, marine construction, vessel build and more. Watch the video below for our sustainable exhibiting tips.

While we were at the show, we were also able to speak with three of our exhibitors about the importance of a sustainable presence.

Smart Manufacturing Week

We were also able to attend Smart Manufacturing Week 2025, which took place earlier this month at the NEC Birmingham, uniting manufacturers, engineers, budget holders and delegates to share and discuss cutting-edge products, technologies, and innovations.

While we were at the show, we interviewed five of our clients: Megger, Motion Control Products, Exel Computer Systems, Elecosoft, and RedZone.

Modular and bright Seabridge Exhibition Stand by Quadrant2Design

A Month In Pre-Build

If you have worked with Quadrant2Design before, you may know that pre-build is a valuable part of our exhibition stand service, allowing clients to view the exhibition stand built in full, ahead of the show.

This month, we have two of our build videos to share with you, collaborating with our client’s Garage Equipment Association (GEA) and Skillbond!

This year, GEA wanted to go all out for their stand, to celebrate their 80th anniversary! In light of this significant milestone, the pre-build phase was crucial, as it allowed Julian to check that every detail was just right ahead of the show.

Exhibition Advice

With over 25 years of experience in modular exhibition stand design and build, we feel we are in a good position to share advice with exhibitors.

This month, we shared a unique guide about the flaws in exhibition stand flooring. You only have to attend one event to see the havoc caused by raised flooring. Not only are they expensive, but they are a fundamental tripping hazard, catching visitors and exhibitors alike.

That’s a wrap on June 2025! We’re so happy with our exhibitions and installations this month, and cannot wait for July.

July is a quiet month for exhibitions, which gives us the perfect opportunity to focus on our pre-builds and get ready for a busy September.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
