Exhibition Stand Training

Since it has been quieter, our teams have all participated in our yearly stand training.

It’s important to us that every team member is confident in building a stand. So, when exhibitions cool off, we take the opportunity to learn!

Exhibition Advice

As well as staying busy in pre-build and training, we have also created two new exhibition advice articles!

1) Design Proposals – Everything You Need To Know

When you get in touch with us about your exhibition, we provide you with a Design Proposal.

Design Proposals are an initial exhibition stand design that we provide based on your brief, website and potentially, brand guidelines. They are designed to show you what our system can do for you!

The Design Proposal is not your final design, though it can be if you love it. However, it can always be changed if it does not meet your vision.

This month, Quadrant2Design launched two new websites.

Firstly, we have YourStand.at!

If you have worked with us before, you might have used our event websites. Event websites bridged the gap between hybrid and in-person exhibiting, transforming a 3-day event into a 10-week marketing campaign.

The sites have been a great success, but we felt they had even more potential!

So, they’ve had a complete revamp, with new impactful features, an SEO-friendly URL and customisability for complete brand alignment. Read on to find out more…

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Hi Wiebke,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
