Jersey Dairy will head to London ExCeL, on 17th– 20th March, to attend IFE 2019. It’ll be the company’s fourth visit to one of the world’s largest food and drink exhibitions. It makes for the perfect place to showcase their premium dairy range of products.
Based on the island of Jersey, Jersey Dairy prides itself on exclusively using milk sourced from pedigree Jersey Cows from the island. The cows have access to fresh open air and grass all year round, making for ideal conditions for dairy farming. The island herd are even provided with latex mattresses and back scratchers, making for happy cows and a higher quality of milk which cannot be found anywhere else.
It’s this dairy product that’ll be front and centre at IFE 2019 alongside a new flavoured milks range. Delegates can also look forward to the company’s ever-popular butter, which will be available both for retail sale and as an ingredient. In addition their product range also includes outstanding fresh cream, available to try on the day. Jersey Dairy’s appearance at the show provides the perfect opportunity for food enthusiasts and food service companies alike to discuss its products first-hand and meet with its expert team.
