InstallerSHOW 2025 was the largest edition yet, uniting more than 31,000 industry professionals to explore the latest innovations across the heat, water, air, energy, and build environment. With over 800 exhibitors, live demos, and thought-leading content sessions, the 2025 show was a landmark moment for the sector.
During this particular show visit, we each had a specific mission. Maggie wanted to learn what sets this show apart as the leading destination for the install, build, and trade industries. Lara’s objective was to reconnect with Quadrant2Design clients regarding their stands, while I set out to discuss sustainable exhibiting practices.
In this week’s video, you can enjoy highlights from the interviews, featuring each of our topics, and a taster of the show.
What Makes the Show a Success
Maggie’s was first up, discovering what makes this show so successful within the industry!
From a visitor’s perspective, this event was outstanding. Before attending the InstallerSHOW, I wouldn’t have ever thought that the event could be considered fun, but to my pleasant surprise, it was!
The event had a brilliant atmosphere. Exhibitors were excited to share products and services, and actively worked to involve visitors in interactive games and features, which elevated the energy at the event. A special visit from Boston Dynamics’ robotic dog, Spot, was also very entertaining, even when he chased us around the show floor.
Exhibitors also had nothing but good things to say about InstallerSHOW. They mentioned its vibrant atmosphere, busyness and lead-generation opportunities as well as chances for product discovery. The show was a success.

I have barely had a chance to walk around myself because it has been so busy. Our stand has just been crawling with people. Very satisfied to the point where we want a bigger stand next year.
Luke Parry, DiversitTechIt's busier, it's bigger, it's better, I love it! It's been phenomenal. All three days this year absolutely smashed it out of the park. I didn't think we would get more successful than last year, but we've done it again. It's just been so successful.
Dan Hall, Powered NowI think there are a lot of demonstrations going on and lots of encouragement to try things yourself, so it's a really good vibe. There's quite a lot of fun as well, everyone's looking and sharing their products, but in a nice way, in an inclusive way.
Jo Johnson, Certi-fiWorking with Quadrant2Design
Our wonderful placement student, Lara Giani, was particularly excited to find out about our clients’ experiences working with Quadrant2Design. It’s always great to receive feedback from our clients, but hearing about their experiences in person was lovely.
Lara first caught up with Dan Hall, who spoke highly of the service provided by Quadrant2Design. He touched on the unwavering support and communication throughout the project timeline and the organisation that kept the project on track!

I don't know how you guys do it. We come to you, you redesign it, we do the panels, and then it all just comes together really well. I think the layout is really good. I like the way people are coming in and crowding around the bar.
You can see there are just people everywhere, and it's been reconfigured very well. Quadrant2Design has been absolutely fantastic with it. I love the instant communication from the get-go. At every single touch point, I get a message from Lauryn. You guys have smashed it.
Lara then spoke with Jo Johnson, from Certi-fi, who praised the exhibition stand design for attracting great leads and visitors.
This stand has done a perfect job. It's open, it's bright, the back lighting has really brought a big impact, so that's something new for us that's made a big difference, and it just draws people's attention when they walk past and see all the lights.
The images on the cutouts have provoked a lot of questions from people. We were open to ideas, and Quadrant2Design supported us with those ideas.
Jo came to us on a tight deadline. She had a vision of the desired elements on the stand, but needed guidance on how to transform that vision into reality.
Our project managers maintained contact at every stage and brought the two brands together under the Certi-fi umbrella with a clear and impactful design.
We came to the party quite late with a really tight deadline. In the initial project discussions, we were speaking to our project manager, and just saying we'd like to be able to bring the brands together, but still show them as two separate schemes. How we were going to do that - we didn't know. The ideas came from Quadrant, and this was a great display of it.
Finally, Lara spoke with Luke Parry from DiversitTech, who was over the moon with the exhibition stand design. Luke had seen the exhibition stand renders prior to the show, but the final look exceeded all expectations.
He shared:
I wasn’t part of the design team, but I was shown images and renders. It’s really lived up to my expectations. Just the sheer size of it and the way it works is really good. I think it has attracted a lot of people to our stand.
The things that I like are just the colours, the branding, the way it flows, and we can bring people in. A lot of our existing customers have made comments like ’wow, this is a big stand, it looks great! ’ So yeah, it really had the impact that we wanted.
Sustainability
Lastly, at the show, I had the pleasure of exploring the various sustainability measures businesses take in their experiential marketing. The InstallerSHOW operates under a five-pillar sustainability pledge, including a commitment to sustainable day-to-day practices, mindful culture, use of like-minded partners, environmental practices and investment into energy-efficient operating technologies.
In line with these sustainability pillars, exhibitors should choose sustainable exhibition stands. Each of our clients used our modular, reusable solution. In this video, they share the reasons behind their sustainable exhibiting choices.
Powered Now was the first to share their insights regarding the reusable stand and additional sustainable practices.
We’re a paperless company, encouraging people to get online and make less of a damaging impact. Anything we can do to support that, and practices that encourage sustainability, we’re all for it. It’s easy, isn’t it, you’re not starting from scratch again.
DiversiTech also shed light on the benefits of their sustainable exhibition stand.
It’s very important because it gives us flexibility. So next year, we can do something completely different. We’re looking forward to making a start on next year’s show.

Lastly, we spoke with Jo Johnson from Certi-fi, a company that has sustainability at its core.
Sustainability is a major factor for us in terms of getting that sign off, because there are a number of opportunities we could have taken, but we’re a green energy, renewable company, so that sustainability factor was the major push.
There’s a further show later this year, which we plan to use the stand for in a different configuration.
It’s great to hear our clients discussing and considering their future events. The key benefits of modular solutions, besides sustainability, are convenience and flexibility. We design exhibition stands with reuse and reconfigurability in mind, starting with the largest configuration, but considering the functionality and aesthetic of smaller stands. Using these larger exhibition stand designs, our clients have a plethora of potential layouts to play with.
