Maggie's Show Visits

InstallerSHOW 2025 was the largest edition yet, uniting more than 31,000 industry professionals to explore the latest innovations across the heat, water, air, energy, and the build environment.

With over 800 exhibitors, live demos, and thought-leading content sessions, the 2025 show was a landmark moment for the sector. During this particular show visit, we each had a specific mission. Maggie wanted to learn what sets this show apart as the leading destination for the install, build, and trade industries.

Lara’s objective was to reconnect with Quadrant2Design clients regarding their stands, while I set out to discuss sustainable exhibiting practices. In this week’s video, you can enjoy highlights from the interviews, featuring each of our topics, and a taster of the show.

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Very quick and professional turnaround as we were on a tight schedule to get everything sorted for CNE 2026
- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve
- Quick and efficient at build and break days – stand was ready to go and was dismantled when we arrived with friendly, knowledgeable staff at both the handovers
- Everything and everyone were kept in the loop e.g. between Quadrant/event organisers/furniture suppliers/electrics

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
