IMHX 2025, the UK’s premier logistics and supply chain expo, has come to a close after a successful three days at the NEC, marking another milestone for the industry. Held from September 9th to 11th, the show brought together innovators, industry professionals, and global brands to discuss and share the latest updates.
IMHX Moves to Biennial
This year’s event has taken place amidst some significant announcements, one of which is a shift to a biennial event, with IMHX now taking place every two years, instead of three. This is great news for the logistics and supply chain industry, as it reflects an accelerating need for services.
We love designing stands at IMHX, and had three clients at the show: Investec Bank, GemOne, and Renovotec. 2025 brought a keen focus on sustainability, and each of our clients was prepped with a reusable and sustainable exhibition stand. Let’s take a look at the designs!
Investec Bank
Investec Bank, the UK’s best-performing bank, exhibited at IMHX to promote its role as a provider of finance and foreign exchange services specifically for the materials handling industry.
The company had a large 9m x 5m stand space, with plenty of meeting areas to host meaningful discussions! The stand stood at 4m high for visibility and was complete with a custom-printed floor, nodding to their sponsorship of the Champions Cup.

GemOne
Just across the hall, GemOne, a leading telematics provider, debuted its new 360° proximity warning system. The system enhances forklift and pedestrian safety by providing immediate alerts and insights into potential collisions.
GemOne had a bright and welcoming 6.5m x 5m stand, with lots of reception points and meeting space to discuss their new system launch. The stand features a rotating header, which is perfect for catching attention in the hall, alongside beautiful backlit showcases to draw focus to the products.

Renovotec
Lastly, we had Renovotec, showcasing its latest warehousing and logistics tech! Renovotec has a memorable display, featuring backlit iconography to highlight key features. The rotating header was popular at IMHX, drawing eyes to the stand design. The photo-floor pulled the entire look together!

IMHX 2025 Follows the Better Stand Initiatives
We mentioned previously that IMHX had keen sustainability initiatives at the 2025 event, reflecting growing pressures to make practices sustainable across the industry.
At a minimum, businesses at the event were required to meet the Bronze Better Stands standard, as IMHX has adopted the initiative as part of a wider sustainability strategy.
The Bronze standard requires all core stand elements, such as walls, furniture, and lighting, to be reusable. If any are single-use, the stand is not fit for purpose.
We are pleased to share that Quadrant2Design always meets the gold criterion for Better Stands, as the entire stand, including the overhead banners, is reusable. Our only single-use item, the famous photo-floors, are completely recyclable, and are transformed into green energy once collected from our studio. Find out more about our sustainable displays below!
Furthering Sustainability with Future Zone
Alongside the partnership with Better Stands, IMHX celebrated sustainability with The Future Zone. This segment of the exhibition was entirely focused on sustainable and green energy for logistics, as well as technology that streamlines operations. When you think about what sustainability is really about, using practices that enable a healthy future for the next generation, IMHX was considering all the relevant factors.
Closing Thoughts
IMHX 2025 has ended on a high note, reaffirming its status as a must-attend event in the logistics and supply chain calendar. From the brilliant exhibitors to the focus on sustainable stands, the event provided great insights and opportunities for the industry.
The emphasis on sustainability at this event was certainly not missed, and we were pleased to see such great steps towards more sustainable logistics and supply chains. Lastly, we were thrilled to support our clients in crafting memorable branded displays without compromising sustainability!
