Quadrant2Design exhibition stands are composed of infrastructure and graphic panels. 

The infrastructure gives the stand its shape. It consists of the framework, hardware and lighting. This all sits behind the graphic panels. 

The graphic panels transform this infrastructure into a seamless panoramic graphic landscape for branding, typography and marketing messages. 

With Free-Hire Pro, clients invest in their graphic panels. The panels are not free, however, once purchased they can be reused time and time again. Clients have full ownership of these bespoke panels, and they can store them without charge in our secure unit. 

Unlike the panels, the infrastructure is “hired” for free from our library of structural components. This allows clients the freedom to reconfigure without being constrained by infrastructure costs.

Free-Hire Pro is not limited to the exhibition stand components; it also allows a completely stress-free experience for the exhibitor. The plan also includes full-service handling from our trustworthy in-house team. So exhibitors can enjoy expert project management, logistics handling, a full pre-build, installation and dismantling.

One of the greatest benefits of Free-Hire Pro is reconfiguration freedom. Every stand we create is modular, reusable and reconfigurable. This means the stands can be rearranged and reconfigured for various stand spaces and sizes in an exhibition hall.

While it’s still possible to reconfigure as a purchase client, your options may be somewhat restricted, potentially requiring additional hardware. With Free-Hire Pro, infrastructure constraints are removed. You can use your existing panels or introduce new ones to transform the stand’s appearance entirely.
