Leading the way in exhibition stand design with free design animations included in every proposal

We pride ourselves on our design. We wouldn’t be Quadrant2Design without it. With years of experience under our belts, it’s no wonder our exhibitions stands look fantastic every time. But we’re about to up the ante.

We know you love seeing your stand design. Nobody in their right mind would commit to such an important element of their marketing strategy without seeing it first. That’s why we work tirelessly to provide visuals that give you the best idea of what your exhibition stand will look like.

Free Exhibition Stand Design Proposal

One of the perks of using us is that we’ll create a design proposal for you free of charge. Simply fill out our form or give our design team a call on 01202 723 500 and within a matter of days, you’ll be looking at 3D renders of your future exhibition stand.

At this early stage, we use your branding including colours, imagery and logos that we find on your website. This means you get a good idea of how your exhibition stand can look.

We’ve always shown several images alongside your proposal. You’ll get to see what your exhibition stand will look like from different angles and in different reconfigurations. And this is all before you’ve committed to working with us.

We firmly believe that our stunning concept visuals are why so many people choose us, and why we have over 700 positive client reviews. But we had an inkling that we could do something better. And that’s exactly why we started creating animations.

Free Exhibition Stand Animation

The concept renders are great. They give you a good idea of what your stand is going to look like in all its glory. The different angles that we capture help you to visualise the environment that we design. But do you know what we mean when we say high-level branding? What about edge-lit acrylics? Or a rotating header?

We’ve come up with a solution that not only explains the dynamic design features on your exhibition stand but will give you a virtual walk-through long before anything is manufactured.

Now, anyone who contacts our design team for a free personalised design idea will also receive a 3D animation of their stand. These short animations will look like the ones you’ve seen dotted across this article. The idea is to give you the best example of what your stand will look like and explain any of the unique design features that we’ve included.

We’ll create this animation before you’ve agreed to anything. And it won’t cost you a penny.

Free Exhibition Stand Renders

Our clients choose to use us to design and build their exhibition stand based on these concept renders and their animation. But the fun doesn’t stop there. If our clients like what they see (let’s be honest, they almost always do) they will spend time working with our expert graphic designers to perfect the design.

Sometimes they love our initial ideas. Other times we go back and forth, adding new ideas and features to the stand. We encourage creativity and design input from our customers so don’t be shy to let us know what you want.

Once both parties are happy with the design, we will produce the final design presentation.

These will be the final set of renders that you’ll receive before signing it off, showing you exactly what your stand will look like before committing to manufacture. Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it. Well, that’s just the way we do things here.

We know that our clients love the images we provide. Having a 3D representation of their stand helps them plan their show, select their team and get any promotional material they need sorted.

Not to mention it gives them a secret weapon to use when it comes to pre-show marketing. The 3D renders are shared on social media, sent out in email marketing campaigns and uploaded to company websites. Our clients are able to tell their customers which trade shows and which floor space they’re exhibiting at with engaging visuals – giving them a competitive advantage.

Why wouldn’t we want to offer them more value by including a 3D animation of their exhibition stand? It made sense to spend the extra time and resources we had on something that our clients would love.

Quadrant2Design, leading the way for Exhibition Stand Design

We like to improve, grow and develop. It’s been key to the success of our business. Producing these animations may seem like a very small thing to you, but it tells you a lot about Quadrant2Design. And it’s been incredibly useful to the customers that have been lucky enough to receive our first animations in their proposals.

While our industry has been on pause, we haven’t stopped. Our team have been working around the clock to improve our product offering so that we’re ready for you when things reopen.

As well as animated proposals, giving you a virtual walk-through of your exhibition stand, we now offer fixed priced small stands that will take the financial stress out of exhibiting. For a limited time only we are also offering a free photo-floor with every exhibition stand.

We want everyone to be safe, but we also want to help you restart. The exhibition industry will bounce back stronger, thanks to the union formed between venues, organisers and suppliers. Don’t miss your opportunity to bounce back on to the trade show floor.

When you’re ready to start planning your next exhibition and stand design, get in touch with our design team. You can fill out the form at the top of this page, email them at designteam@quadrant2design.com, have a chat with them on LinkedIn or give them a call on 01202 723 500.
