It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.
Thank you so much for your help getting us started on this journey, we were thrilled with the finished product.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Very quick and professional turnaround as we were on a tight schedule to get everything sorted for CNE 2026
- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve
- Quick and efficient at build and break days – stand was ready to go and was dismantled when we arrived with friendly, knowledgeable staff at both the handovers
- Everything and everyone were kept in the loop e.g. between Quadrant/event organisers/furniture suppliers/electrics

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.

Who Handles Exhibition Stand Installation & Dismantling?

Home Your Questions Answered Who Handles Exhibition Stand Installation & Dismantling?

This question depends on whether you have purchased your exhibition stand or whether you are using a hire plan.

If you have purchased the stand to build yourself, your team will handle the installation. This team will book in for exhibition stand training prior to the event, and should conduct a full pre-build in preparation.

If you are using a hire plan like Free-Hire Pro, your exhibition stand build will be handled by your contractors’ dedicated build team.

At Quadrant2Design, we always use our in-house team of installers, who pre-build the stand in full before the show, and conduct the 72-point quality check.
