It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Very quick and professional turnaround as we were on a tight schedule to get everything sorted for CNE 2026
- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve
- Quick and efficient at build and break days – stand was ready to go and was dismantled when we arrived with friendly, knowledgeable staff at both the handovers
- Everything and everyone were kept in the loop e.g. between Quadrant/event organisers/furniture suppliers/electrics

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.

Home Your Questions Answered How do I Pack My Exhibition Stand for Storage?

Modular exhibition stands are as easy to take down as they are to put up. Just take a methodical approach to ensure everything is in good condition and easy to find next time you install.

Clients of Quadrant2Design each receive thorough exhibition stand build and dismantling training, but in essence, you work in the opposite order that you installed – graphics, mag bars, and then concertina frames.

Close off the stand space to ensure everything in the space is packed
Remove all products and giveaways from the stand
Gently detach graphics, rolling them carefully into their protective tubes
Detach magnetic bars and gently collapse the frames
Organise the components back into their labelled cases
Complete a final check that all components are packed away
