Palais des Congrès is famed for its variety of events. For over four decades the venue has been home to world-class entertainment shows as well as professional exhibitions.
The trade show centre encompasses 7 exhibition halls to give 18,000m2 of meeting space. Its facilities also include 82 meeting rooms and 22 conference rooms. With such a diverse range of space the venue can host a number of different events.
Exhibitions held at Palais des Congrès include Jepu and Produrable. Jepu is an event dedicated to medical professionals and Produrable represents the solutions to sustainable economy market.
Located in central Paris, near the Arc de Triomphe the venue welcomes more than 1.2 million visitors each year. The central location makes it the perfect venue for hosting both national and international events.
Charles de Gaulle airport is located a short distance away from Palais des Congrès. As an international airport it provides flights to all major European destinations including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Berlin and Barcelona.
The airport operates a direct bus shuttle service to the venue. This provides a quick and efficient service for international travellers.
For those arriving by train, the venue is within easy reach via the metro. From Gare du Nord bord line 2 of the metro and get off at Charles de Gaulle-Etoile. By this point, you should be near the Ac de Triomphe and the venue is a short walk away.

Designed by renowned French architect Guillaume Gillet in 1970, the venue was completed in 1974.
On first sight, visitors can enjoy the hugely impressive inclined façade designed by Christian de Portzamparc when the building underwent renovation work in 1998.
Since its opening, the exhibition centre has been home to many famous events. Although the centre caters for exhibitions, part of the venue’s appeal is its diverse entertainment events for international audiences.
The centre hosted the 1978 Eurovision contest where Israel’s Izhar Coghen and the Alphabeta won with their song ‘A-Ba-Ni-Ba’. It was Israel’s first win and under the rules meant the Eurovision contest would take place geographically outside of Europe the following year.
With such a mix of events all year round, the Palais des Congrès showcases the economic, social and cultural activity of France on an international scale.
