Earlier this month, the world’s leading trade show for anaerobic digestion and biogas, The World Biogas Expo 2025, made an impact at the NEC in Birmingham. From July 9th to 10th, key players from the AD and biogas sectors discussed market trends and policies and explored products, services, and innovations from companies at the forefront of the industry.
Quadrant2Design had two wonderful clients at this show, Heat & Power Services and A-Consult, who both looked fantastic. In this blog, we dive into the details of their exhibition stand designs.
The World Biogas Expo 2025 | Sustainable Themes
The World Biogas Expo 2025 is a pivotal event for renewable, sustainable energy. This event edition carried a powerful theme: “From Waste to Wealth: Powering Economies, Protecting Nature”. It showcased the role of anaerobic digestion and biogas in achieving energy, food, and climate security, as well as a genuine circular economy.
Sustainability goals are propelling progress in the biogas industry and are pivotal to this event. With such a strong spotlight on sustainable practices, it was vital for exhibitors to use sustainable exhibition stands, proving their commitment across all facets of their work. Both of our clients used modular, reusable exhibition stands, made within our exclusive Prestige Events System. Let’s get into the designs.
Heat & Power Services
Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 8m x 4m | Space Type: Space Only
Heat & Power Services is a market-leading provider of maintenance services within the natural gas and biogas sectors. The company had an outstanding design for the World Biogas Expo, with the HPS brand front and centre at 4m and service partners Adicomp and BACB at 3.3m high!
Unique elements were used to create a point of difference on the exhibition stand. Large backlit icons drew attention to solutions, while an edge-lit illuminated the BACB brand. All three brands were united under an impressive Quadrant2Design photo-floor, extending visuals across the entire floor space.
A-Consult
Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 6m x 5m | Space Type: Space Only
A-Consult specialises in the construction and installation of concrete tanks, boasting over 40 years of experience. This exhibition stand encapsulates and communicates the brand perfectly, even featuring a concrete-style finish.
The rounded structure on this stand creates a dynamic, immersive, branded space, rather than a typical flat display. This curve also creates a nook for meetings and networking. The high-level branding, which sits at 3.3m high, features clear and effective messaging.
This stand includes one of our favourite design features, the rotating header, which creates a point of difference and adds movement to a hall that is otherwise very static. Our unique printed photo-floor ties the branding together, also adding interest to the design. Lastly, the endcap showcases created the perfect home for some lovely plants, which elevate the display and nod to sustainability.
Speaking of sustainability, A-Consult has been using this exhibition stand since 2018, and thanks to reconfigurability, it has looked brand new each time!
Closing Thoughts
We were so pleased to be part of such a brilliant UK event, and it was great to see exhibitors taking responsibility for their exhibition stands, alongside their renewable energy solutions.
Additionally, this event was wonderful as it proves that opting for a sustainable stand does not mean sacrificing impact. These exhibition stands more than hold their own in the hall. Not only do our stands cater to complex design briefs, but they also make perfect commercial sense, saving exhibitors thousands each year they exhibit.
