The UK Food & Drink Shows are a vital hub for the food & drink industry, uniting over 30,000 professionals across 5 major events!

The UK Food & Drink Shows took place earlier this month at the NEC Birmingham, from the 7^th to the 9^th of April. We had twelve fantastic exhibition stands at this show and sixteen at the Safety & Security Event Series, which took place at the same time.

Like IFE 2025, which took place just weeks earlier, this event came at a perfect time for the industry to gather and innovate, following the recent tariff changes.

In this article, we share details on each of our stands, alongside video reviews from our clients.

This event is home to 5 outstanding co-located shows:

Between the five shows, this event provided a wealth of knowledge on food development, manufacturing, grocery, hospitality, retail, forecourt and convenience retail, wholesale, and food service.

Henley Bridge Ingredients

Henley Bridge were among our clients at the event, exhibiting at The Restaurant Show! Henley Bridge is a food ingredients distribution company that supplies over 1500 products from over 90 brands.

This stand has a very welcoming layout, featuring a range of counters that guide visitors to experts. As Henley Bridge has over 1500 products, they need a great deal of product display. Each showcase is custom-cut for a luxury look, illuminated to place products in the best light. One of the most impactful design elements on this stand is the height, which reaches 4m high. The intricate illuminated silhouettes also elevate the final look.

Jersey Dairy

Our client, Jersey Dairy, was just across the NEC, at the Food & Drink Expo. Jersey Dairy is located in Jersey, supplying high-quality milk products from their pure-breed Jersey cows!

This stand is highly memorable and fun, boasting a vibrant pink and yellow colour scheme. A distinctive element of this stand is the backlit features, which illuminate ice cream cones on the high-level branding. Like Henley Bridge Ingredients, this stand also features stunning custom-cut showcases.

Kanegrade

Kanegrade also stood tall with a gorgeous exhibition stand. Kanegrade is an ingredient expert that manufactures natural flavours, natural colours and fruit powders!

The company showcased their impressive stand at the UK Food & Drink Expo. The powerful design, combined with the size of the stand and the eye-catching photo floor, makes it truly captivating! Visitors are drawn to the stand and can’t help but stop, especially since it stands at a height of 4 meters and features an eye-catching rotating header. A distinctive feature of this stand is the edge-lit acrylic, which offers a luxurious edge!

Packaging Mode

Our client, Packaging Mode, looked brilliant at the UK Food & Drink Expo 2025. Packaging Mode crates outstanding printed pots for the UK’s food and drink industry!

Despite being used for years, this stand always looks brand new. One of its standout features is the towerfix, the cylindrical feature at the front of the stand. This innovative feature offers innovative product showcasing with lighting and elevates the display. The stand also features a meeting area for lead conversion.

Modern and simple exhibition stand design for Packaging Mode by Quadrant2Design

Rare & pasture | Tempus

Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 4m x 2m | Space Type: Shell Scheme

Also exhibiting at the Food & Drink Expo 2025 were Rare & Pasture | Tempus, who had a high-impact look for the event. Rare & Pasture | Tempus is an award-winning, traditional charcuterie and smokery, based in the heart of South Devon. The brand specialises in charcuterie, cured meat, smoked meats and cooked meats.

This stand beautifully showcased the luxury of both brands with a cohesive design. It also utilised the space effectively, with imagery of the charcuterie products on the graphics.

Roomex

Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 6m x 3m | Space Type: Shell Scheme

Roomex also exhibited at the UK Food & Drink Expo, with their vibrant blue stand! Roomex brings all hotel bookings and payments into one platform and provides a live duty of care map, allowing businesses to manage workforce travel, accommodation, and expenses with ease.

Roomex has now reused this stand across 9 sectors, and were excited to introduce the booking platform to Food & Drink professionals. The stand is vibrant and memorable with its classic blue colour palette. This stand also features a unique edge-lit acrylic within the showcase!

SOP International

Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 6m x 4m | Space Type: Space Only

SOP International exhibited at The National Convenience Show. SOP International is a leading importer and distributor of Asian and oriental foods.

This exhibition stand is extremely product-focused, featuring a range of showcases for product display and suppliers across the graphics. The walkways and dynamic design create a shop-like finish. The display also features a rotating header to guarantee visibility across the hall.

3 Aces London

Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 6m x 4m | Space Type: Space Only

3 Aces London exhibited at the National Convenience Show 2025, with a stand as playful and colourful as their brand. 3 Aces London is the leading American wholesaler in the UK.

Similar to SOP International, this stand gives the impression of a shop front! Its fun walkways and product displays enable 3 Aces London to make direct sales from the stand, placing all products front and centre.

Actiph Water

Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 6m x 3.5m | Space Type: Shell Scheme

Actiph Water were also among our clients at the UK Food & Drink Expo 2025. This stand is always a favourite among visitors, with its pretty colour palette and satisfying product display. The stand separates the three products by colour and space, with vibrant walkways that bring the products forward. The stand also features a backlit of the original Actiph Water bottle!

ClearVUE.Business

Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 4m x 3m | Space Type: Space Only

ClearVUE.Business exhibited at Foodex Manufacturing Solutions, helping the food and drink industry reduce carbon usage and implement energy-efficient strategies. The team used a combination of shell scheme graphics and their modular exhibition stand, maximising their impact in the space! The backlit rotating header ensured they captured eyes and attracted visitors.

Cotswold Cardillo

Service Plan: Free-Hire Pro | Stand size: 2m x 2m | Space Type: Shell Scheme

Our final client at the UK Food and Drink Expo 2025 was Cotswold Cardillo. Cotswold Cardillo creates beautiful artisan food, bridging Italian recipes with the Cotswolds’ ingredients! This stand may be petite, but it packs a punch, with its vibrant showcases and distinctive branding!

We loved working with each of our clients at this event and creating a high-impact branded space for each.

It is worth mentioning that each of our clients used our free-hire plan, where they invest in the graphic panels and hire the hardware free of charge. This plan provides access to a premium solution that delivers long-term value.

Our project managers handle all aspects of the project for a stress-free experience, from the design, printing and production to the pre-build, logistics and installation. Moreover, after the initial investment in graphics, reinstall costs usually reduce by around 60%! Each stand is custom-designed, yet reusable, modular and reconfigurable, and can be used time and time again.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
