Exhibition Stand Visuals: What to Expect From Quadrant2Design Design Proposals

Here at Quadrant2Design, we create beautiful displays that communicate branding clearly through compelling visuals, strategic design, and messaging. We can transform any brand into a memorable display, but first, we need to create a design proposal! In this guide, we outline everything you need to know about design proposals, exhibition stand visuals, and the requirements we have for you to get started.

Before we begin designing, we need to understand your vision and the specific requirements you have. This enables us to craft a bespoke brief. To form a clear picture, our design consultants will invite you to join a Teams call, where they will discuss potential shows, stand sizes, functionality requirements and ideas for the look. Your designated design consultant will communicate this brief with the CAD designers, who will bring the ideas to life using your provided or public branding and materials.

Next is the exciting bit: we present your design proposal! Within just three to seven days of your exploratory call, we will have prepared your design proposal. 

The presentation is hosted online, password-protected for the security of your brand. It is presented to you by one of our design consultants over Teams. The consultant explains elements of the stand design, shares the quote and service options, and lastly, explains the project roadmap. After the presentation, you can log back on to the site to share it with your own team.

Let’s get into the details – what does the presentation include?

This is our favourite part of the design proposals, as you get to see the stand design for the very first time! 

Our renders are very unique, designed to scale with technical accuracy. This means that what you see is an accurate representation of what the design could look like in real life. We include one white render, illustrating the structure of the stand, along with annotated colour visuals that highlight standout features. 

We sometimes include different versions of the design, and even reconfiguration designs, particularly when we have the complete calendar.

Alongside these designs is an animation, which allows you to see all angles of the stand.

Please note that the visuals presented to you are not your final appearance. They are designed to illustrate what our system can do for you. Following the presentation, we can finalise the stand structure, and if you choose to work with us, you can completely change the visuals! We take on your feedback and continue altering the design until it is perfect. After all, the stand is reusable, so we want you to love it! 

Alongside the designs, the presentation includes a range of video reviews from your industry, so that you can hear directly from the people that matter.

Additionally, we include a range of resources to help with your decision-making, including a contractor checklist to use when comparing quotes.

At Quadrant2Design, we prioritise transparency from the get-go. This is why we provide a price illustration with every presentation, detailing initial costs and approximate reinstall prices. Reuse plays a crucial role in our value proposition, so it’s important for you to have all the relevant info!

Alongside a price illustration, we offer a contractor checklist. This is a tool which you can use to compare different contractors.

Many contractors operate on a project-by-project basis, using the funds from one exhibition stand project to finance the next. This puts exhibition stand projects at risk, as if issues arise, there may not be sufficient funds to rectify them or provide refunds.

We offer an updated credit report so that our clients can feel secure that we have the financial stability to handle the project safely.

Lastly, your design presentation includes a mockup Yourstand.at event website. The sites transform a three-day event into a ten-week marketing campaign, creating a strong digital presence at any in-person event. Businesses can use the sites to book meetings with clients, create buzz, or include overseas clients who can’t attend the event!
