Exhibition Stand Reconfiguration for Firex 2024 | Firechief Global

Alison Tully, Academy & Events Manager at Firechief Global has just returned to Quadrant2Design pre-build with her largest stand reconfiguration yet!

This pre-build is in preparation for Firex 2024, part of Anticipate London. The show will take place from December 2nd to 4th at ExCeL London.

Alison chose Quadrant2Design because of the modular exhibition stand capabilities and to aid the company in reaching NET Zero.

When she visited us in April, ahead of the Safety and Security Event Series, Alison shared how important it was to reuse as much of the stand as possible and exhibit sustainably.

When clients have plans to attend several exhibitions throughout the year, our design consultants help make an exhibition stand reconfiguration plan, which helps lower costs and maximises sustainability.

The idea is to start with the largest exhibition stand configuration, and plan the panels and design, then move through the smaller layouts. This allows for efficient reconfigurability and sustainability. Expanding a smaller stand into a larger configuration does work, however, you might find it is less seamless and efficient than pre-planning the different layouts.

Alison speaks about this reconfiguration plan in her original pre-build visit, which you can watch below!

In the video, Alison explained that this exhibition stand reconfiguration was the largest of the eight pre-planned setups, measuring 6m x 4m. The stand included the popular backlit feature, high-level branding, and main panels, but also incorporated a new set of panels with an underlit showcase for the upcoming product launch!

These panels can be utilised in various future stand arrangements, bringing a new selection of arrangements. You can view the first configuration of the stand at The Safety and Security Event below.
