Assisting a record 15 installations
DSEi is fast approaching and with a record 15 stands contracted to be installed by Quadrant2Design.
Our exhibition stand Project Managers will be on-site overseeing the entire process, making sure all the stands being built are ready for you to show off and start drawing in those valuable leads.
The logistics of building a stand can be daunting for any experienced exhibitor, let alone if this is your first one.
That’s why there are a number of benefits of having a Project Manager supporting your exhibiting needs not just on the build day, but also throughout the entire planning and preparation stage.
For you, the client there is not much to do. We will go up on the build day and oversee the installation of all our stands.
Afterwards the Project Manager or a member of our installation team will give a detailed handover report going over the details of the stand.
We’re able to build all our stands on the same day because the Prestige Events System allows us to assemble each component quickly and efficiently. No tools are required, so no time is wasted messing around with equipment.
In fact, this means more time is dedicated to organising each detail of the stand. We handle all the necessary preparations so you can concentrate on the show period.
Training and support from our exhibition stand Project Managers isn’t limited to the build day.
The reason that they are on-site in the first place is to handle any issues that may occur or to answer any last minute queries from our clients.
Even if you’ve purchased your own stand to self-build our team will always be on hand to assist. Keep an eye out for our Project Managers who will be wearing their new branded uniform for this very reason (plus health and safety).
