Quadrant2Design just returned from the Aesthetics Conference & Exhibition (ACE 2025), which took place from the 14th until the 15th of March 2025 at the Business Design Centre in London.
The Aesthetics Conference & Exhibition is the UK’s leading educational event for non-surgical aesthetic professionals, delivering CPD-certified agendas that promote best practices in the aesthetics speciality.
This year we had four clients at the show, three of whom shared exclusive insights on the show and exhibition stand design.
How Was The Show?
We highly recommend ACE to aesthetic practitioners and anyone with an interest in the industry. ACE is a great place to learn. Businesses that exhibit are knowledgeable and helpful, and there is a wide range of conferences with the latest industry updates. You can even receive one-to-one training sessions in injectables or enroll in a range of training courses.
ACE is also a brilliant platform for product discovery. There is a wide range of skincare innovations to explore, including skin boosters, SPF, pigment correctors, injectables and cutting-edge technology.
In the video below, exhibitors explain the value of ACE and why it should be a must-exhibit for players in the aesthetic industry.
Exhibition Stand Design

There is an art to designing an exhibition stand for the aesthetics industry, as brands often want to balance a clinical design with beauty and aesthetics. Each of our stand designs is bespoke, reusable and custom-designed to the individual needs. In the video, our clients share how Quadrant2Design helped them achieve their exhibition stand vision and goals.
Aesthetic Source

Aesthetic Source is a leading UK and Ireland distributor of clinically proven, professional skincare.
At the show, we had the pleasure of catching up with CEO, Lorna Bowes, and Head of Marketing, Elly Makinson, who shared that despite being approached by other exhibition stand builders over the years, Aesthetic Source is committed to Quadrant2Design, as the exhibition stand always meets both sustainability and aesthetic goals.
We chose Quadrant2Design 9 or 10 years ago to be our partner because they understood our needs and were able to work with us on our sustainability.
You haven't changed... you have elevated that year on year which is why we have stayed loyal to you the whole way through. We are constantly tempted by other manufactures, but we will not work with other people because we know you deliver what we need.
Lorna wanted her exhibition stand design to capture and communicate the brand identity, balancing the clinical with the natural. She also wanted Aesthetic Sources’ integrated portfolio of skincare, injectables, devices and AI tech to be front and centre on the stand.
Quadrant2Design achieved this vision through the white and green colour palette, bespoke showcases with lighting, and the leaf motif, which even extends to the floor.
Totally Derma

Totally Derma supplies an evidence-based, anti-ageing collagen supplement for an integrated, long-term health approach to skin and body rejuvenation.
Though Totally Derma’s exhibition stand looks brand new, this was actually its sixth year of use! In the video, Anita Eyles, the Visionary Founder of Totally Derma, reflects on the reusability of the stand, emphasising that as a small player in the industry, it has helped not only reach sustainability goals but also make entry into a valuable face-to-face market attainable year after year.
We're not a big big company so we cannot have the massive stands like a lot of them have here. But, it was crucial for us to be able to have a standout stand and to have reconfiguration, which we're so happy that Quadrant has.
Though this stand has been used for many years, the branding is current and the colours pack a punch. This is possible for two reasons. Firstly, Quadrant2Design exhibition stands use premium-quality, durable graphic panels that withstand many years of use. Secondly, our expert designers are able to craft timeless designs that feel current year after year.
Teleta Pharma

Teleta Pharma is a pharmaceutical company that provides high-quality aesthetic and cosmetic products across the UK and Europe.
In his interview, John Heenan, Head of Agency and Partnership at Teleta Pharma, shared how Quadrant2Design was able to craft an exhibition stand that bridged the gap between clinical and aesthetic design, whilst meeting brand guidelines.
Quadrant2Design are really good at taking the brief on, understanding our needs, looking at specific elements that we want to include in the stand and then integrating that for us. They have been excellent for us.
Not only does the exhibition stand meet the guidelines, visions and functional requirements, but it also meets cost requirements.
By reusing the stand and changing some elements, it keeps our second year cost down. For us it is very cost-effective, a very simple process, great team and very active. Ultimately, I knew I could trust when I got here, everything would be in hand.
A Reliable Partnership
It has been wonderful to hear each of our clients at ACE 2025 highlight the importance of their relationship with Quadrant2Design. Our Design Consultants and Project Managers particularly enjoy working with repeat customers, as reuse is at the heart of our business model.
As John mentioned, the Aesthetics industry is ever-growing and ever-changing. By reconfiguring modular stands and incorporating new and bespoke features, our clients have been able to keep up with and continue making an impact in this dynamic landscape while maintaining sustainability and saving money.
